Uniradioen at Spot Festival 2019

MANKIND's sacrifices to get to SPOT Festival came at a cost, or even more. They are a diligent group of queer friendly musicians. They also share stories of how they cleverly find ways to keep on playing their gigs. They share their future releases with another upcoming Swedish band.

This is Collider's first official show at SPOT Festival. Yoshi talks with them about how long it took to record their debut album ->

Right after the Danish duo Saint (CarlloYaBoy and Bootybaybruiser) had performed at the Århus Volume stage, they sat down in a hallway with Aleksandra to sketch out their inspiration sources and reveal when new music is dropping.

Aleksandra meets the Bergen musician Shikoswe (Nora Shikoswe Hougsnæs) in the congress center for a quick talk on the choice of genres in her music and how to explain her music with only using objects to describe them.

Aleksandra meets Pish (Pål Vindenes) at the bar of Radisson to discuss his solo project, CD collection from childhood as well as artistically separating the Pish project from Kakkmaddafakka.

After laying the Atlas venue down, Aleksandra sits with Mekdes (Christina Mekdes Vinholt Pedersen) in her backstage room to trace the Saveus inspiration and discuss the music of her childhood.

Aleksandra sits down with Danish Josephin Bovién in an Århus backyard to discuss music inspiration and upcoming projects.
