Mulan 2020, Disney's latest attempt to take a nice steaming dump on all their amazing work throughout the last several decades, one live-action remake at a time. To be honest, I haven't hated most of the live-action remakes, even though the majority are just mediocre.. but Mulan takes it to the next level and manages to be both a bad movie even on it's, and also a terrible movie when compared to the original. Disney will likely look at this failure and blame covid, instead of reflecting on what actually made it bad: cringey dialogue, uninspiring choreography, and weak story. We all have them. Fantasy Island: I knew it would be bad, but not this bad. Since obviously Blumhouse listens to our podcast: please, learn how to write a coherent horror story. You have decent actors in this in Micheal Pena and Maggie Q (how they agreed to this picture I don't know), but a complete nonsense story and script.
