It is what we say no to that defines us. Sort sometimes sharp sometimes not, no should be part of our vocabulary that we ought not be afraid to use when we need to.

What do we consider success to be? What is the true measure of success? We are all caught up in trying to achieve it, to what end? Do we ever get there or is the goal post consistently shifting?

This 11 letter word is one of the most powerful ever. It is one of the most difficult things to do especially when the wrong done is considered very big and goes very deep. However, it sets us free and it does heal! May we continue to be among those who forgive and who are forgiven Ameen.

As living beings, we must all taste of death. People die daily whether we know them or not. When we loose loved ones it's devastating. How do we view death, how do we prepare for this inevitable end.
