Our 7 Senses are: Vision: What we can see with our eyes and how it relates to us and what we do Smell: Olfactory sensory neurons in our nose creates a perception of strong vs light odors Taste: Gustatory cells react to input based on the food molecules to taste sweetness, sourness, saltiness, bitterness, and umami. Hearing: This sense enables us to receive and interpret sounds. It allows us to communicate with others. Touch: It provides our body with the identification of light touch, firm touch, and the discrimination of different textures. Proprioception: The ability of knowing where your body is in space. It assists our central nervous system to identify where and what your muscles and joints are doing in relevance to the environment. Vestibular: This senses is located in our inner ear and it address our sense of balance and movement.
