They're everywhere, and for good reason, they simplify lead generation. So which platform is the quickest and easiest to use so that anyone with very limited tech knowledge can create a chatbot in 5 minutes or less? I've tried manychat and chatfuel, then stumbled upon collect.chat. I was looking for something very simple to use: It had to have templates for multiple niches It had to send me leads directly and not to Facebook It had to be easily customizable It needed to be clean and simple It needed to be a conversational bot It should be extremely easy to edit It needed to be a conversational bot that sent me notifications directly if someone sent a message, that's where collect.chat fitted in nicely. Don't take my word for it, go have a look at manychat and chatfuel. They redirect your conversation to Facebook, I didn't want that, I wanted leads coming directly to my email, and Collect.chat does that. I will be doing a complete walkthrough of the program, I will show you how quick and easy it is to create a bot and how to customize it to change the conversation as well as the look and feel. The customer drives your business and not you. Your wishes and desires should always come second. If you can make your business customer-centric and focus on their needs before your own, your business will become more successful. I've found that people value service above all else. If you give first and expect nothing in return, but keep offering value to your customer, the LTV (life time value) of that customer will increase.
