Hello all, since March 31st of 2019 the Sunday that Ermias “Nipsey Hussle” Asghedom was murdered I have been taking things really hard. Happy 2019! I am back and I am going to be consistent with my podcast episodes moving forward. Life happens to all of us and sometimes it’s necessary to take sometime away from social media to regroup. So this is just a real quick welcome back episode for me and me just letting you guys know that we are going to pick up where we left off with the inspire to be inspired and words of encouragement. I just ran across some information and I figured if this reaches somebody somewhere who might need the first initial push into finding the research on how to begin the healing process of Acne.. I’m not licensed doctor or anything like that but I do believe in educating yourself always.. and for myself personally, I know what simply changing your diet can do for you and in taking the proper amount of vitamins, nutrients, && herbs are important.. it fuels the body, it’s needed.. @nicajae on instagram

I know i mentioned it being episode 2, but this is technically "officially" my first video bc i deleted the other two, they were just practice. So yes, this is my first official podcast and i am extremely happy with the way it turned out.
