By my definition, a leader is someone who leverage’s their personal growth to help others. Someone who thinks with a growth mindset. Solution focused, transparent, relatable and selfless. Someone who seeks to inspire others abilities. By helping them see option, possibilities and the the tools they already possess.

Being the bigger person? Is it always important? Is it always necessary? Or is being indifferent and just leaving things be okay? Thoughts, comments, ideas will be posted on my channel and podcast

Never mistake what people give or do not give you as your self worth. What you think, feel and see for yourself is all that matters. Everyone is on a journey, do not confuse someone else’s path as your flaw

the tail of two wolves. one thinks it's power is in anger and boldness. not realizing thats what makes it blind and weak. the other wolf is calm and strong. with the ability to endure and feed of pain and fear. the angry wolf reacts out of fear and insecurity. while the wise wolf learns from every battle becoming a better hunter of greatness. each wolf has its use. major key in balance and wisdom. in this poem you can hear the two wolves fight with each other. the loud one seems strong, but is truly crying out for help and love. while the wise one is still and of little words. confident and mindful of the situation past present and future. remaining focused on the outcome and the root of the situation. what wolf you feed is what wolf you breed.
