Becoming a mentor is one of the most rewarding things you can do, both for yourself and for the person you are mentoring. I have been on the receiving end of a great mentor myself, and now I have been asked to help mentor two people with their personal brands. This is an incredible opportunity and one that scares me but also fulfills me. It allows me to help people to push themselves further and do more than they think, and my experience of being on the other side of mentorship I hope will make me a better mentor to them.

Self Critique is one of the most important ways in which you can keep progressing. if you can be honest with yourself, and open about how you can improve then you will take real strides forward. I'm a big believer in self analysis and critique as a way of understanding how to be better, and you should too. you should look back on what you did 6 months, 1 year or 2 years ago. see how you've changed and improved. let's get self critical

Sometimes to do more and achieve more, have have to stop doing things. It may sound counterproductive but, hear me out.Switching off is one of the most refreshing things you can do in the pursuit of being Comb-Shaped. It helps give you perspective, helps you see new angles and helps you mind wander with new thoughts and creative sparks.It is not always easy to get the balance right, but if you can switch off in the short term you will reap great benefits in the medium and long term.
