Ecstatic dance by Nowananda, interviews with leading DJs and musicians, and more.
This is the 2nd interview i've held with DJ and Producer Kareem Raïhani, recorded at my home in Koh PhaNgan Thailand. Find Kareem's music and sets at: https://kareemraihani.bandcamp.com https://www.facebook.com/kareemraihani/ https://www.mixcloud.com/kareemraihani/
Ben Last, aka Temple step, is a producer and DJ based in Melbourne, Australia. I've attended one of Ben's sound healing journey back in 2012 in Byron Bay. Recently I saw him give an electrifying set and performance at the Bali spirit festival and was hooked. I re-discovered his music and have been including it in my DJ sets. I love his integration of shamanic, ethnic and Bass music. In this interview he describes his journey as a producer, explains the difference between a producer and a musician, and shares his intentions and beliefs with his work. The audio quality, funny enough, is a bit low, but i felt the content more than makes up for it.
