    When Jennie was 15 she accepted a ride from Joseph Rosenow, one of her friend's father, and a level three sex offender. Jennie would end up getting raped several times by Rosenow. And then dying of the injuries a day later. Jennie's parents ended up sueing the Mason County and the State Department of Corrections, the case ended up being dismissed.
