Nicht deine Kinder, nicht dein Chef, nicht Vater Staat, nicht deine Freunde. Du bist zuständig. Hier geht es darum: Definiere Glück. Was ist Glück für dich? Einer der wichtigsten Punkte ist: die Schriftlichkeit. Schreib die Dinge auf. Das ist das, was viele Leute nicht machen. Das ist fatal, wenn man die Dinge nicht aufschreibt. Wenn sie immer so nebulös sind: „Ja, ich habe sie ja im Kopf. Ja, ich weiß es." Was für ein Blödsinn. Wenn du das schwarz auf weiß hast, kannst du daran arbeiten. Du kannst es durchstreichen. Du kannst Sachen dazuschreiben. Es ist eine völlig andere Ausgangsbasis. Setz dich hin und schreibe auf: Was macht mich glücklich? Wir suchen das Glück immer außen. Immer. Auch ich war so ein Vogel, der immer das Glück im Außen gesucht hat. Wenn ich das habe, dann bin ich glücklich. Wenn ich endlich mein großes 12-Zylinder-Auto fahre, Audi A8, 6 Liter, lange Version. Wenn ich endlich meinen Fahrer habe, bin ich glücklich. Wenn, wenn, wenn, wenn, wenn. Weißt du, und du gewöhnst dich schnell daran. Wenn du da nicht aufpasst, dann bist du wie so ein Junkie, immer auf dem Sprung nach dem großen Glück. Dabei hast du doch schon Glück, oder? Bist du heute Morgen aufgewacht? Ich gehe davon aus. Sonst könntest du hier nicht meinen Podcast anhören oder anschauen. Hast du ein Dach über dem Kopf gehabt? Wow. Dann gehörst du zu den glücklichen, privilegierten Menschen auf dieser Erde. Konntest du etwas trinken? Einfach nur einen Hahn aufdrehen? Wow, super. Viele Leute auf dieser Erde können nicht den Hahn aufdrehen. Die müssen zu Wasserquellen laufen. Konntest du baden? Konntest du duschen? Hast du einen Kühlschrank? Hast du etwas zu essen darin? Also siehst du doch mal, wie glücklich du bist. Auf diese Aussage sagen mir so viele: „Ja, aber, ja, aber, ja, aber." Ja, natürlich. Wenn ich mich jetzt als Ernst mit Elon Musk vergleiche, dann geht es mir schlagartig schlecht. Aber das ist nur eine Metapher. Der Vergleich ist das Schlimmste, was du machen kannst. Der Vergleich zerstört dich. Vergleich dich doch nicht mit niemandem. Vergleich dich nur mit der Person, die du gestern warst. Dann schau, dass du heute alles tust für dein Glück. Ich bin heute Morgen schon schwimmen gegangen. Das hat mich sehr, sehr glücklich gemacht. Ich mache so einen Podcast, das macht mich sehr, sehr glücklich. Schreib einfach mal auf. Oder auch per Diktat, per KI: Was macht dich glücklich? Halte die Glücksmomente fest. Dann wirst du sehen, dass du ein Glückspilz bist. Ich bezeichne mich als Glückskind. Ich bin ein absolutes Glückskind. Egal, was ich anpacke, es gelingt mir einfach, weil ich ein Glückskind bin. Verbunden mit großer Dankbarkeit. Das ist der nächste Schlüssel. Also, kann ich mich auf dich verlassen? Schreibe ab jetzt auf: Wofür bist du glücklich? Nicht nur einmal, sondern mach es mal ein paar Wochen lang. Mach es mal ein paar Monate lang, dass es zur Gewohnheit wird. Dann merkst du plötzlich: Wow, das ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Es läuft ganz einfach. Das ist doch der magische Moment in deinem Leben, wenn du irgendwann feststellst: Wow, was bin ich so glücklich. Nicht: „Ja, aber." Du hast allen Grund, glücklich zu sein. Wenn du undankbar bist, wirst du eines Tages genau das ernten. Genau das wirst du bekommen. Denn Aussaat und Ernte ist eines der ganz, ganz wichtigen Dinge. Pass gut auf dich auf. Alles Liebe.
