Lucky Dippers: Slow Travels of the Odd Couple

Happy New Year! In this episode we each reveal the top 10 countries we want to travel to in 2019. We didn't tell each other what we were going to put on the list, so there were some surprises along the way! This is also our first attempt at a less polished and more casual podcast, in the hope that we'll do these more frequently in the future.

We stayed two weeks in Kraków, once the capital of Poland and still an incredibly vibrant city. We loved the Old Town as well as Kazimierz and the Jewish Quarter, and, of course, had a lot of great food. This is our favourite city in Poland!

We talk about our trip to the Polish Pomeranian city of Gdańsk, on the shores of the Baltic Sea in northern Poland. We were surprised by the amount of history packed into this unassuming little city, and it made for a great start to our experience of Poland.
