As human beings, for most of us it has become easy to hold our feelings back. Be it good or bad, mostly because we are scared of what other people will think of us or feel about what we have to say. It has officially become a defense mechanism. The sad thing about it is that its creating heartless cold people and bringing pain into the world. People are missing out on great friendships..relationships and partnerships. So how healthy really is this lifestyle that we have embraced?

Self love can define you in so many aspects. Could be in Love.. Friendships work..practically any situation. How much one loves themselves reflects on a lot in their daily life.

This segment is a therapeutic diary type of segment where I'm going to sort of be doing an audio journal end it's gonna cover basic ,extreme & probably humiliating moments but I do hope that my experiences will be a learning opportunity for you. ciao
