I love Tim Ferris. Here is the ONE strategy he talks about that has dramatically changed my life- Asking the question "What would this look like if it were easy?" This principal has a positive impact not just on my money, but also my career, health and so much more.

In 20 years, you can either look back and say two things: 1. I wish I started 20 years ago. 2. I am so thankful I started 20 years ago. In this episode I cover a simple 6 step framework on how to become an investor.

Below is the 5 step framework I use to help me achieve my goals each year. Create LIFE goals- block out one-two hours in your schedule and grab a journal. Answer the following question: What do I want to achieve in my life? Create yearly goals. Create strong purposes and reasons why you want to achieve those annual goals. Ask yourself: Why do I want to accomplish that goal? Create weekly goals. Each week take 15-30 minutes, review your annual goals and answer the following question: What can I do this week to help me move closer to achieving my yearly goals? Weekly review.

The most important number when it comes to your personal finances is your credit score. It is next to impossible to build wealth with a poor score because you will be paying MORE for everything around you. Just like school, everyone has a credit score, here is the breakdown: 800 to 900 = A+ 720 to 799= A 650 to 719= B 600 to 649= C 300 to 599= Needs Improvement If you do NOT know your credit score, GO FIND it out! There are several free options online, we at Enriched Academy have partnered up with Transunion, so be sure to check them out.
