After a bit of delay, I want to introduce the first official episode of the MVG Podcast.  This was recorded in April of 2019. Bi-weekly, I will release episodes and walk you through my entrepreneurial journey, childhood experiences, and life in South Africa.  In LA, I struggled to build my avocado product business and it forced me to grow and heal. I needed to commit to boxing with Gift Davis/ hot yoga and support from loved ones, my clients, and tribe in LA kept me going during the difficult moments.  Our guest, Gift Davis, is a phenomenal human, artist (painting and tattoos) that lives what he preaches.
