Cedric and Annie review and critique the plot of Brave (2012). Cedric tells us about animal heaven and Annie reads an article about polar bears in Scotland that probably isn't factually correct. She also edited out 11+ minutes where they discuss Cedric's roommate's blood type, but decided to leave in every clip of her cat meowing.
Cedric and Annie review and critique the plot of The Rocketeer (1991). We finally get a glimpse of the illusive "Who's line was that anyway?" game and Annie loses and has to edit this monster of an episode. We discuss Cedric's unbelievable flexibility and we google if you can really knock someone out by hitting them over the head with a solid object.
In Episode 7: "not hittin it like edward cullen can", Annie and Cedric review & critique the plot of The Cheetah Girls (2003). They discuss the movie's emotional significance, that good good Dorinda/Chanel fanfiction, and Cedric completely butchers the plot of Cheetah Girls 2 (but spreads it out across the entire episode, making it impossible to edit out).
In Episode 6: i wished i was watching an american tail instead, Cedric and Annie review & critique the plot of Rescuers Down Under (1990). They discuss the hierarchy of animals, the uselessness of the RAS, and the many, many missed opportunities to make this an actually good film.
Cedric and Annie review & critique the plot of The Princess and the Frog (2009). It's the first disney princess film they review, and it's pretty solid until they lose the last 30 minutes of the audio. Funny talking points they discussed but you will never hear: the word for amphibious furries, the need for elle woods as a lawyer, and the unfortunate question of "what if they weren't attracted to each other as humans and wished they were still banging frogs."
Cedric and Annie finish their review & critique of Hannah Montana the Movie (2009). Annie finds out that there are no nuns in Harry Potter and Cedric informs us that "maybe the girls were just the friends we made along the way" correctly on the first try.
Cedric and Annie review & critique the plot of Hannah Montana the Movie (2009). They are stumped in an attempt to figure out where disney draws the line for using Miley's real life, and also grapple with the fact that the hamster dance is used as a ring tone. They talk for so long that the episode had to be cut in half!
Cedric and Annie review & critique the plot of The Apple Dumpling Gang (1975). They discuss how they are pretty sure it is staring Hugh Jackman, and how sometimes a family is a mom, and a dad, and the mom's alcoholic father, and their three adopted children, and two not-so-bad guys. Follow us on social media @MouseWatchPod. CONTENT WARNING: the concept of sexual assault is briefly discussed in relation to the plot.
Cedric and Annie review & critique the plot of Lion King (2019). Cedric's childhood crush on Simba is discussed and we find out the ONE joke that Peggy laughed at. Follow us on social media @MouseWatchPod
