Hiii it's Bella and Hanny together again! We finally got together ((IRL)) and bared our souls into this 2-part episode lmao. In part 1, Bella talks about accepting and recognizing when to ask for help and learning to receive it. A lot of the time we like to think that we are super-humans who can do everything all at once, but no man is an island. We know how daunting vulnerability can be, but wouldn't the world be a much nicer place if we all try to be more compassionate with each other AND with ourselves?

[TW: This episode contains personal experience with eating disorders. Listener discretion advised] In this episode, we talk about how we cultivated a healthier relationship with our bodies and how we define our bodies in our own words. We also tackle some complex subjects like plastic surgery and the word “fat.” We hope by talking about this we can spark conversations surrounding body image—among friends, family, and within yourself. - Today’s episode is brought to you by DEAR, a Jakarta-based clothing brand that up-cycles deadstock fabric and defines themselves as "The Peachy Zeitgeist". The good, the bad, and the ugly. DEAR is all about embracing everything, not taking life too seriously, and always having fun. Most importantly, being yourself, in spite of everything. Short disclaimer from us: you might notice the discrepancies between Bella and Hanny's mics, but we promise that we're working on it and hopefully you'll be hearing clear, smooth audio from us in our next episodes! SO, what is Bella and Hanny talking about in this first episode? Well, in accordance to our first✨ theme✨, in this episode we talk about what it means to re-discover ourselves, especially during this pandemic where we are forced to spend a little more time with ourselves. We also talk about our own journeys of self-discovery and how it changed our course of living and our outlook on life. How *did* we AND how *are* we trying to re-discover ourselves you ask? Well you might just find the help and answer in this episode!
