Each time we do a live pod blast event, we invite a woman with a story. Yes, we all have stories, especially when it comes to our health. We are wired for story. It's how we connect with each other. Each of our narratives are different, but they weave a common tale of vulnerability and strength, of fear and curiosity, of hope and humor. Pause is creating community around thriving in menopause. These stories help build the foundation of what community really stands for -- understanding and belonging. Enjoy these stories. Let us know if you have one you'd like to share. Pause Podcast is created by events called Pause Pod Blasts. These are shows recorded in collaboration with a very live audience with a specific focus on women's health over 40. Audience questions shape the show's content. The q & a period is always preceded by an interview with the guest and host, Deborah Pardes. This conversation sparks the questions and off we go! In this episode, OBGYN Dr. Sherry Ross takes us through a clear journey of what to expect as our bodies move into menopause. No bleeps, no censors, no shame. This podcast is about information, community support and clear directives that suggest how we navigate all the changes our bodies go through as we approach and experience the challenges and gifts of menopause. It's a must-listen-to-and-share kind of podcast. Thank you DoctorWise.com for supporting this critical conversation! Thanks for subscribing and being part of the Pause network. #pauseforhealth PausePodblast.com --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/pausepodcast/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/pausepodcast/support
How do you kick-off a pod blast series about women's health? Bring a diverse, fabulous group of curious women together to engage along with a loving, caring, kick-ass host (Deborah Pardes) a medical expert (OBGYN Dr. Sherry Ross) and a palette-cleansing storyteller (Ondine Landa Abramson), all tied together by a producer (Alicia Sedwick) Then give plenty of time for the audience to raise brilliant questions for the doctor to answer. The resulting experience yields content that could NEVER have been created in a tiny studio with 2 talking heads. Creating a podcast by way of a pod BLAST is the way forward. Let the people for whom we are creating play a role in the creation! Stay tuned for the full edit of our first show.
