Lauren's story was definitely one that impacted more than just me. Upon request, I was able to produce another episode of our time together. I have so enjoyed or zoom time and just looking back pre COVID and for me pre-PPD (postpartum depression). Our mental health shifts so much as we become mothers and parents in general. It was great highlighting some those positive moments of keeping mental health, humor and a children safe a priority as we try to manage motherhood during a pandemic.
