In the running order: Malta, Azerbaijan, Croatia, San Marino, Armenia, Ukraine, Ireland, The Netherlands, Poland, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Georgia, Cyprus, France and Albania.  Returning countries are Azerbaijan, Croatia and Montenegro while Estonia and Germany are taking a break.
