My name is Ellie Berry and I am creator and host or Queer in a Red State. I got the opportunity to speak in Laramie, Wyoming at an event centered around telling your story of image and identity. This event was put on by an organization called Tales at The Taphouse during pride month, 2019. I talk about the conversations that saved me life and the conversations that make me laugh and about the blossoming relationships with both my father and myself. Most importantly I make the point that queer conversations are ones that matter.
