Coach Beachler is entering his 31st year coaching and his 25th  year as a head football coach.  Coach Beachler is currently serving as the head coach at Nevada High School in Nevada, Mo.  Coach Beachler shares his extensive experience and expertise with us and shares how he gets kids to play so hard and how to change the character of young men after so much experience with defeat, his weight room philosophy and culture, his offensive philosophy and the influences along the way that shaped his philosophy, what he believes is the number one thing you want to accomplish when coming into a new job, and the importance of being consistent and fair across the board.Support the show
