The Bedroom Diaries

I'm so excited to present "The Bedroom Diaries: LIVE", the live version of my very first season of The Bedroom Diaries.   I was joined by four incredible women live on stage so they could share their journeys of struggle, triumph and strength.   Tam, Holly, Roma and Tully are the incredible women who shared their stories live at Morena Espresso on the Gold Coast. I hope you enjoy this version of my podcast as much as I enjoyed bringing it to life.

On the final episode for season one of The Bedroom Diaries I am joined by a very special guest. Someone who I've been waiting a long time for everyone to hear their incredible story. My incredibly strong, beautiful mother. My mother really inspired this entire first season of this podcast so I thought it would be only fitting for her episode to be the finale. Like I always do I will discuss all things sex/dating/relationships but most importantly my mother's journey through life and how she's managed to navigate her way being a single parent, dysfunctional relationships, heartbreak and loss.

On episode eight of The Bedroom Diaries I have a very special guest with me and one of my favourite people in the entire world. My beautiful niece Neeko. This episode is definitely not like the others throughout the season. This was more to see her perspective on life at just six years old.

On episode seven of The Bedroom Diaries I am joined by one of my hilarious friends Jess. Jess and I have become very close friends after first meeting each other at work a few years ago. I am so incredibly proud of her for opening up on this week's episode and I know her story is not only filled with immense heartbreak and pain but also finding inner strength and learning to survive.

On episode six of The Bedroom Diaries I will joined by one of my closest friends Cath. Cath and I have worked together for the last two years and have formed a very beautiful friendship. Cath is honestly and truly one of the greatest women I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. In this episode we will obviously talk all things sex/dating/relationships but also what she's learned the most about men and motherhood.

On episode five of The Bedroom Diaries I'm joined by one of my friends Cobi. Cobi is an incredibly inspiring woman for so many reasons. We've only been friends for a short time, but I knew as soon as I met her that her story is just as incredible as she is. As always, we discuss everything about sex & dating but also Cobi's journey to self-acceptance.

On episode four of The Bedroom Diaries I will be joined by my beautiful friend Magenta. Magenta and I have known each other for almost two years now and in that time, I have seen her beauty shine not only from the outside but also inside. We will be discussing all things sex of course, plus dating/relationships but also her life growing up in Australia as an indigenous woman and her journey to empowerment.

On episode three of The Bedroom Diaries I'm joined by one of my good friends Esha. Esha and I have known each other for a number of years now and have a beautiful friendship. In this episode we will of course discuss everything sex, relationships but also about her career as a model and how racism has played an integral part of her life.

On episode two of The Bedroom Diaries I speak to an amazing woman named Bianca.  Bianca and I worked together a few years ago now but from the moment I met her I knew she would be perfect for this podcast. Like always we will talk all things sex/dating and relationships but also her incredible story of strength and survival.

On the first episode of The Bedroom Diaries I speak to my cousin Jenna. She's an amazing woman who I've known my entire life and have always been close with. In this episode we will discuss all things sex and relationships, juggling the life of being a single mother and discovering self-worth.

In season one of The Bedroom Diaries I decided that I wanted all my guests to be women.  Women of all different walks of life. Some of the women I have known my entire life and the other women only a short time. I have always been inspired by women and surrounded by strong women growing up. My nan and mother are two of the strongest women I know. My sisters are strong. My nieces will grow up to be strong women. I believe in empowering women. These stories are real. These women are real. These women are strong. These women are beautiful. These women will inspire you. These women will empower you. I hope their stories of struggle, love and triumph inspire everyone.
