Throughout generations, trauma has been passed on unknowingly to us. Now it is up to us to break the curses, or even attempt to make a change within our family structures. No one said it was easy, but someone has to do it & it may just be you. Thank you to my panelists for an amazing talk, I hope this helps you start these tough conversations.
Self love is the best love but probably the hardest to figure out. This episode my co-host Morgan and I go deep into our process of figuring out how to love ourselves and what has worked or did not work for us. We spoke of personal lived experiences we've had from being young up through college. Shout out to Chidiebere Ibe (@ebereillustrate) for being my Black Owned Business / Black Spotlight of the week. This story was amazing and I cannot wait to see how far he takes this. If you all are struggling with Self-Love know that I am too, and so many people around the world may be in the same boat you are in. Enjoy the show!
Have you found your true calling? What is your plan? What do you plan to do for the rest of your life? Do you have a career in mind? Are you going back to school? You may not know your purpose, you may not even know your passions yet, I hope this talk guides you to some type of understanding of what journey you are suppose to undertake in this lifetime. Shout out to @Semicolonchi for being my Black Owned Business Spotlight this week. Go buy a book! I've always been afraid to take that first step, afraid of living, and afraid of doing certain things fearing the consequences. Maybe you have too, but try taking that first step out, maybe we can do it together. I am joined by Gabbi as we dive deep into taking Leaps of Faith and ways we are getting through this period in life.
