Instead, Lori founded a global transition business, Lexcelera, and after crossing paths with doctors without borders, went on to creating the world's biggest translation NGO. At translators without borders, Lori has done it all: set behind a computer screen for hours on end, traveled to Kenya to work with translators and interpreters in the field, and grown an initial small network of volunteers to over 30,000 in 180 different countries. All for her love for and believe in the power of language.

Now, she has created Solv, a new platform that allows brands to outsource their customer support to gig workers all over the world. Even before the current health crisis turned the world upside down, Paula was a champion for remote work. After all, Paula Kennedy has cracked a code for life work balance. Now, she wants everyone else to be able to do the same.
