They are words of hope, forgiveness, redemption, resurrection and restoration. Christ “cross talk” speaks life and hope to every new generation of men and women.

Heaven will come in three distinct WHENS: (1) LIFE NOW = Full embodiment/physicality, but only the partial presence of the triune GOD thru the presence of the Holy Spirit... so it is right to hope and cry out for more of Heaven to come; (2) LIFE AFTER DEATH = Full presence of the triune GOD, but only partial embodiment/physicality... so it is right to hope and cry out for more of Heaven to come; (3) LIFE AFTER LIFE AFTER DEATH = Full presence of the triune GOD, and full embodiment/physicality on the New Earth... so there is no longer a need to hope and cry out for more of Heaven. If you knew that you only had a few hours to live, that today was your last day on earth, what would you say? What would you share? What is most important to offer? In this sermon series those are the exact questions that we will explore for Jesus when He knew that He was dying upon the cross and that His time on earth was almost up. This series will be our Lenten sermon series leading up to Easter. We will take a careful look at the final 7 words, or statements, that Jesus spoke from the cross while dying. And we will examine why He might have spoken these words (rather than others), what they meant to those He spoke them to, and what relevance they might have for us today.
