Today Jessie called in with her story about the fear of change and the stress that comes when you feel like you are stuck and you think you are locked into your life choices. Jessie racked up massive student debt to become a lawyer. She wanted to help people and got into it with the right intentions. She made partner at her law firm but realized that she was grinding away night and day, always working harder without any breaks. She witnessed her health and fitness take a dive for the worst and when things at the firm started to reveal themselves at not what they seemed she knew she needed to make some changes. Jessie talks about how to connect with mentors, how we get locked into believing a story about ourselves even when it might not be true and how she is doing what she loves now - helping people who where once like her, overworked get healthy through weight loss foods.
