My good friend Mark Nagy stops by as my first non-wrestling guest. You may need to turn the volume up a few times because this guy may be a monster in the gym, but he's as soft spoken as it gets. I hope people enjoy this and if they do I'll continue to have non-wrestling friends on the show.
