Working chest and triceps increases upper body strength and enhances bodily functionality.
The first thing that goes in the human body may not be the mind, but the legs. As age comes, we often degress from legs alone to a walking stick, to a walker, to a wheel chair and then to a permanent place in bed. A good leg workout is designed to keep the legs strong for a lifetime. The shoulders carry and support the neck and head. So this workout is aimed at strengthen these vital body parts that support and carry the temple of the living God.
Working out with dumbbells and barbells make the body strong. Working out our salvation with the word of God gives strength to the body and soul.
No one deserves to go to heaven. There is none righteous; no, not one. God does for us that what we are unable to do for ourselves. He makes us worthy by imputing his own righteousness to us making us eternally fit for heaven.
This workout routine is motivational for blind and sighted health conscious people.
