Mike has been working in a gym and training as a strong man for nearly 25 years. Over this time competing and winning Europe's Strongest Man 2016 as well as vast selection of world records to his name. The TTF team have brought him in to talk all things supplements and to give us an insight into what's important and not so when in the gym.

Liam is a client I've seen for a few years and originally the 23 year old was coming to see me for some lower back rehabilitation exercises. He soon saw the benefit of regular sessions and now has progressed into a confident regular gym user from someone that had never considered using a gym.

We had some technical issues, but I wouldn't have expected anything less than this with Claire. Bringing out the big talking points about how her training sessions have massively helped her get back on her feet after a nasty skiing injury and how she uses them to mange her mental well-being.
