In this episode, we sat down with attorneys Tobi Lebowitz, the Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs at Jushi Holdings Inc., and Alissa (Ali) Jubelirer, a legal consultant in the cannabis industry, to discuss the status of women currently involved in or looking to enter the cannabis industry.  Both Tobi and Ali entered the industry in the last 3-4 years and have experienced, even within that time, the growth in opportunities for both women and minorities to excel their careers within that space.
