I am newly licensed massage therapist, mom, active-duty Army wife, woman, and human who is on a journey of embodiment. I've been through many iterations of myself and after a few soul-rocking experiences I am unwilling to play small any longer. Each individual has their own unique embodiment journey to embark on. Part of that healing includes taking what has been learned and passing it on. That is what I hope to do here with this podcast and in my bodywork practice. Join me on this awkward human adventure of finding my own voice, putting ideas/concepts into practice, and having thought-provoking conversations with some badass individuals.
