[00;39;16] Beginners like to cut this circle shor and fall on their backs. [00;45;07] Do not bend your legs. This will kill your momentum and entire form. [00;50;09] There are other variations with bent legs but master straight first. [00;45;12] Can't get over your shoulders? [00;57;00] Kick your legs up, [00;59;23] Almost like doing a kick-up. [01;12;12] A lot of beginners are able to get a really strong first kick. [01;18;00] But fizzle out on the second kick. [01;22;26] Every rotation of a windmill requires two kicks. [01;26;04] How do you know whick leg to kick and when? [01;32;05] Kick which ever leg is closer to the ground. [01;36;02] The force from the leg on the bottom propels you up. [01;43;18] The bottom leg gets you over your shoulders and gives you control.
