Happy monday!! The 6-Hour Discipline is a great way to stay on track of getting things done outside of your 9-5 if you have one. There is a lot of time in the day. I encourage you to maximize it! You don't have to accept where you are in life. You can actually re-negotiate your life by the decisions you make. What are some things you would like to re-negotiate?

Practice saying no more. People are very bold to ask you for things so why not?

No hard work, no ticket. No ticket, no results. No results, no better circumstances.

A trophy is a trophy. Don't chase the trophy. Just dominate in the game and the trophies will come along with it! What is your game?

Often the older we get, we think its time-out for dreaming. I say we have something to learn from our younger selves.
