Negative self-talk isn't just annoying — it can quietly shape our decisions, confidence, and impact our mental health. But what if silencing that inner critic isn't about positive affirmations, gratitude journals, or pretending everything is fine?In this episode, host Gabe Howard sits down with former NBC and CNN Headline News anchor and author Lynn Smith to unpack what negative self-talk really is, why our brains cling to it, and how to reframe it without slipping into toxic positivity. Lynn explains how the brain is wired to protect us through fear-based thinking, why perfectionism and “being realistic” often mask self-sabotage, and how resilience, not positivity, is the skill we actually need. Listener takeaways why negative self-talk is rooted in brain wiring, not personal failure the difference between realistic problem-solving and self-sabotaging thoughts why toxic positivity often backfires what “just keep going” looks like during truly hard moments Together, Gabe and Lynn challenge common mental health clichés, discuss why we should teach resilience earlier in life, and explore what “just keep going” really means when you're trying to get through the next hour — not the next 5 years. If you've ever felt stuck between brutal self-criticism and empty optimism, this conversation offers a realistic, compassionate path forward.“Anyone that might be thinking, I'm just not going to go for the thing because it's easier to stay safe. If you don't raise your hand, if you don't unmute, if you don't turn your video on, all of those things are a lot safer. So to you, I would say, imagine your life five years from now and it looks exactly the same. Five years from now you're stuck in that same place…”~Lynn Smith, Former CNN Headline News anchor Our guest, Lynn Smith, is a media and communication expert who helps high-level leaders turn pressure into presence. Lynn Smith is a former national news anchor for NBC, MSNBC, and CNN who now serves as an executive communication strategist and CEO of Lynn Smith Media & Communications, where she helps enterprise leaders become revenue-driving communicators. Drawing on 15 years inside top newsrooms, she coaches Fortune 500 CEOs to transform fear into confident communication that protects productivity, investor trust, and market value, and she is also the author of the children's book Just Keep Going, designed to teach kids resilience and courage from an early age. On this episode we talk about: How fear quietly sabotages CEOs, communication, and company performance Why Lynn wrote Just Keep Going as a children's book inspired by her work with executives A simple framework for assessing risk with best and worst-case scenarios The difference between real confidence and arrogance in leadership How to prepare for high-stakes communication moments without sounding scripted Why presence, energy, and human connection are irreplaceable in the age of AI Top 3 Takeaways Fear is a signal, not a stop sign. The most successful leaders learn to “metabolize” fear, assess risk clearly, and move forward with smart, courageous decisions instead of staying stuck in their comfort zone. Preparation is the fastest path to confidence. When you prepare the right way—refining your message, practicing soundbites, and taming your inner critic—you show up calmer, clearer, and far more influential. Your communication and presence are your new competitive edge. As automation and AI expand, the leaders who win will be those who communicate with clarity, empathy, and energy that other humans actually want to follow. Notable Quotes “The greatest indicator of success is your ability to metabolize fear and assess risk without being reckless.” “Confidence isn't believing you're good at everything—it's knowing you'll figure it out even if you fail.” “If you don't communicate your vision effectively, it doesn't exist.” Connect with Lynn Smith: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lynnsmithtv Twitter/X: https://twitter.com/lynnsmithtv Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lynnsmithtv Website: https://www.lynnsmith.com Just Keep Going Book & Resources: https://www.justkeepgoingbook.com Travis Makes Money is made possible by High Level – the All-In-One Sales & Marketing Platform built for agencies, by an agency. Summary In this episode, Andy talks with Lynn Smith, former NBC News, MSNBC, and CNN Headline News anchor, executive communication coach, and author of Just Keep Going. Lynn is best known for helping Fortune 500 leaders turn pressure into presence, but her newest book takes an unexpected form: a children's story about fear, resilience, and perseverance. That surprising choice is exactly what makes this conversation so relevant for leaders. Andy and Lynn explore why the same fears that stop CEOs are often the ones that show up in kids, how our inner critic or "Brain Bully" shapes behavior under pressure, and why the goal is not to eliminate fear but to metabolize it. Lynn shares deeply personal stories about rejection, family influence, and the lessons she learned growing up that shaped her approach to leadership and communication. You'll also hear practical techniques leaders can use to calm their nervous systems, give feedback that actually helps instead of harms, and model resilience for their teams and families. If you lead people or projects and want practical insights on emotional intelligence, confidence, and navigating fear, this episode is for you. Sound Bites "The one trait and the one skill that separates us from success is resilience. If you can acquire that skill, you will be successful. Hard stop." "Your greatest failure can be in service of somebody else." "We are biologically wired for fear. Trying to delete it is a fool's journey." "Bravery is doing something even if you are afraid." "How you show up within one tenth of a second is defining you for your audience." "Feedback leads to growth. Criticism feeds the brain bully." "When we calm our nervous system, we can make better decisions." "There's a mouse in all of us that needs the reminder to just keep going." "Ending what doesn't serve you is not quitting." "Fear often shows up as stress, pressure, or imposter syndrome, but it's the same circuitry." "Resilience is the greatest gift we can give our kids and our teams." Lynn Smith, former national news anchor for NBC News, MSNBC, and CNN Headline New, and now executive communication coach, reframes public speaking as an internal leadership skill, not a performance. She identifies the recurring obstacle as the "brain bully", the inner critic that turns preparation into paralysis, and shows leaders how to retrain it so that clarity, calm, and connection become repeatable outcomes. This episode translates decades of live television experience into actionable communication tools for high-stakes settings—from boardrooms to keynotes to broadcast media. Key takeaways: Name and neutralize the "brain bully." "It's that inner saboteur saying, 'You're not good enough' or 'What if you say the wrong thing?'" Smith explains. She traces these patterns back to early experiences and teaches clients to "control–alt–delete our prehistoric code" so fear no longer drives performance. People don't want perfection, they want resiliency. Recalling a keynote where she froze on stage, Smith says, "I had to stop and tell the audience, 'I'm so sorry, I'm failing at this.'" That failure became the basis for her coaching framework. "People don't want perfection, they want resiliency. They want to see people overcome." Replace over-scripting with intentional structure. "Executives spend hours memorizing, but the result is robotic. The big revelation is… it has nothing to do with your prep; it has everything to do with your mental game." Instead, she recommends bullet-pointing key ideas for authenticity and flow. Drill down, don't dumb down. Smith's "Goldilocks effect" balances preparation, "not too much, not too little", so communication stays sharp and digestible: "If you communicate everything, you communicate nothing." Make voice and presence technical. Drawing from broadcast training, Smith advises projecting "from your diaphragm, not your chest," and using "the power of enunciation" and pauses to improve recall and connection. Manage energy deliberately. "Everything is energy," she notes. High-frequency energy, calm, clear, positive, creates magnetism. "When you're vibrating at the level you want others to meet you at, people lean in." Model resilience for the next generation. Her children's book Just Keep Going distills the same mindset for young readers: that fear and failure are not endpoints, but steps toward growth. For executives preparing keynotes, investor meetings, or media appearances, this conversation provides a research-informed playbook to quiet the inner critic, align mindset and message, and lead with authentic, repeatable presence. We're talking real-deal confidence—the kind you build while you're ugly-crying in your car between school drop-off and a board meeting. In this conversation with media pro and author Lynn Smith, we dig into the messy intersection of courage and confidence, why perfectionism and your “brain bully” are killing your clarity, and how to model bravery for your kids (and, TBH, for yourself). Spoiler: brave isn't something you are; it's something you do. We get into naming the inner critic, reframing fear, and choosing the next right step—even when quitting is actually the bravest move. Oh, and Lynn wrote the children's book on this: Just Keep Going—for kids and the grown-ups who love them. What we cover: The fear loop CEOs and six-year-olds share—and how to break it “Brain bully” vs. inner knowing: name it, reframe it, tell it to sit down Perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and the confidence–courage flywheel When to keep going…and when letting go is the most courageous choice Raising confident kids by modeling it (not lecturing it) Simple body-based resets for big feelings (yours and theirs) Because whether you're running a company or raising tiny humans, confidence isn't about never feeling fear — it's about learning to move with it, breathe through it, and just keep going. Just Keep Going by Lynn Smith https://www.amazon.com/Just-Keep-Going-Lynn-Smith/dp/1728290309 When Mouse sets out on his adventure, he discovers that brave isn't something you are―it's something you do! Mouse's day is full of big moments and bigger feelings. But with each step forward―jumping to shake off fear, accepting a friend's comforting hug, or simply pausing to breathe―he builds his courage toolkit. Because taking a brave journey doesn't mean you have to be fearless. It means you know how to just keep going. in her first book for children, former news anchor Lynn Smith, now a media consultant and host of the parenting podcast Strollercoaster, was inspired by her experience coaching Fortune 500 executives. She realized the fears that hold back CEOs aren't that different from what stops a child from raising their hand in class. That's why she wrote Just Keep Going―because resilience shouldn't be a C-suite secret.About the author Lynn Smith has coached hundreds of C-suite executives through their biggest communication challenges. After anchoring for NBC News, MSNBC, and CNN Headline News, she founded Lynn Smith Media & Communications, where she helps leaders transform fear into fuel for success. Through the popular parenting podcast StrollerCoaster by Munchkin, the most loved baby lifestyle brand in the world, Lynn bridges the worlds of executive leadership and skills that she wanted to be sure our children learned in the classroom and not the boardroom. She lives with her husband, two sons and dog Captain in Georgetown, SC.
In this inspiring episode of Reading with Your Kids, host Jed Doherty sits down with two remarkable authors who are transforming how children approach challenges and learning. Lynn Smith, a former CNN news anchor, introduces her children's book "Just Keep Going," a heartwarming story about a mouse navigating big feelings and overcoming fears. Drawing from her experience coaching executives, Smith reveals how she developed a method to help people—and children—push through their "brain bully" of self-doubt. The book follows a mouse's journey through the forest, encountering friends who teach him practical techniques for managing anxiety, like deep breathing and visualization. Smith's motivation stems from her desire to help children learn resilience early, preventing the self-doubt many adults struggle with. Complementing Smith's approach, Shannon Anderson shares her books "Y Is For Yet?" and "Mindset Power," which dive deep into growth mindset principles. Anderson explains how teaching children to view mistakes as "growth spurts" can fundamentally change their approach to learning and challenges. Both authors emphasize critical parenting and teaching strategies: Praise effort, not innate ability Teach resilience Encourage children to view challenges as opportunities Help kids understand that learning is a process Key takeaways include: Mistakes are learning opportunities Neuroplasticity means our brains can always improve Short-term, specific goals help build confidence Resilience can be learned and practiced Whether you're a parent, educator, or simply interested in personal development, this episode offers valuable insights into helping children (and adults) develop a positive, growth-oriented mindset. In episode 188 - Just Keep Going, I share the importance of just keeping going, even when the path ahead seems unclear or the results of your efforts aren't immediately visible. As the host of the LDS Mission Podcast, I've experienced firsthand how small, consistent actions can lead to big impacts over time. When I first started sending out my weekly "Tuesday Tidbit" emails back in 2019, I had just 16 recipients. Now, that list has grown to thousands of missionaries, parents, and returned missionaries around the world. And while my podcast may have started with just 3 downloads in the first week, it now reaches thousands of listeners each month. These are tangible examples of how staying the course, even when progress feels slow, can make your goals and dreams inevitable. The key is to believe in the value of your efforts, even when you can't see the full impact. Keep taking those small steps forward, trusting that your consistency and persistence will pay off. Whether you're serving a mission, preparing for one, or navigating life after your mission, this message of "just keep going" is one I hope will encourage and empower you to embrace your potential and never stop moving towards what matters most. As always, if you found this episode helpful, I want to invite you to subscribe if you aren't already, share this episode with your friends and missionaries you know, and write a review. Not getting the results you think you should be getting form your weight loss program? Somehow, we think if the scale isn't moving, we are failing at what we are doing. Hmmmm, is that really the case? We somehow think if the scale isn't saying what we want it to say, we think nothing is happening and you're just wasting your time. Why is it that we only celebrate the weight loss or the number on the scale or our pants going down? I get it, you're in a calorie deficit, you are increasing your protein and you're adding in more workouts…BUT you're not seeing any changes. Is it possible that you are setting up your expectations for yourself that are just unreal? SUSTAINABLE FAT LOSS takes time and patience. We are expecting a result that we're not seeing and I get that it can be so frustrating. I think it's time we look in other places for a result OTHER than the number on the scale. STOP looking for results based on the scale numbers! If you have started moving your body and eating in a healthier way..YOU are already seeing results, you may just have to open your eyes up to something other than that damn number!! Patience and CONSISTENCY are key!! Take the focus away from the number on the scale and lowering your calories to 1200!! Start focusing on how you FEEL!! Look at the data over time ( months) Check yourself and be honest..are you REALLY being consistent? How many times a week are you eating out? Are you prioritizing protein? Are you moving throughout the day ( outside of your workouts)? "Just Keep Going" is a mantra that has become a foundational piece to everyday life for Ike Iroegbu. When you get cut from the Olympics for no other reason than politics, "Just keep going". When you receive a random phone call while sitting on your couch one morning saying you're going to be playing in your first NBA game in a few hours, "just keep going". When you decide to start a brand to highlight overlooked basketball players, there was no better phrase to sum it up than "just keep going" This phrase is one that can be used whether you're an athlete, or a mailman in your local neighborhood trying to provide for your family. At the end of the day, you just have to keep going! Ike joined the show to discuss some of these trials and tribulations that have come along the way during this basketball journey, that include stops with the Clippers during the NBA preseason, the NBA G League, and some of the best leagues in the world including the ACB in Spain, and the Serie A in Italy. We get into some of the politics that exist in both of these situations, and have a transparent conversation on everything you need to know to make an informed decision on both options. We then shift our focus to the athlete empowerment era that we're currently in. An era that promotes creativity, freedom of expression, and leaning into creative outlets that can give you the fulfillment that we all seek outside of whatever our 9-5 may be. Ike takes us inside the inception of his brand "Just Keep Going" and what it looks like to manage a brand of that scale while being a full time professional athlete. This is one of those episodes that every hooper should tune into! A conversation that you'll leave thankful that you heard, and looking forward to your next opportunity to "just keep going!" Make sure you like, and subscribe to the show, so you don't miss any more conversations just like this one!

Having children changes your life but when you have a child born with a rare chromosome disorder (only 12 other cases on record globally) as a young 24 year old parent, you truly are stepping into the unknown. Your life is never going to be the same again. That parent and today's guest is a very special lady, Pam Wills. Pam describes herself and her life before her son Graeme as average and ordinary. Now 38 years on and after her son's passing, she now describes herself as strong, fearless and determined to live her life to its absolute fullest. But what did it take to get to this point? From living the first few years with a disabled son like a prison sentence it was seeing her sister lose both her children that gave her perspective, “I am so lucky and blessed to have my son”. From desperately hoping for those milestones to come, “he showed signs of walking at 8 before his hips started dislocating”, she became obsessed with all the therapies to make him better, affirming you have to, “Just Keep Going”. Already supporting one child, when her youngest developed an eating disorder, she felt totally helpless, explaining, “You have to accept the only thing you CAN do is be there for them”. From feeling alone in an uncommunicative marriage but paralysed by fear of making it on her own, she attended the Landmark forum which was a catalyst for changing her life. From starting an online business with no business or computer skills to earning her biggest paycheque, buying her own home and being in a new relationship expressing, “life is fun”!Pam's story will open your eyes and ears to learning disabilities and the effect it has on a family but leave you INSPIRED and full of hope, compassion and gratitude. Listen to this episode if: you have a child with learning disabilities. you are in an unhappy relationship but fear is keeping you stuck. you lack confidence in yourself. you have a child or close friend with an eating disorder. you want to change your life but think you are ‘too old'.Instagram: @glampam13 Inspire the Podcast Instagram: @inspirewithnicola Hosted on Acast. Dr. Deepak Shimkhada, PhD, returns to Claremont Speaks to provide some insight into four new books he has either written or been a chief collaborator. As way of recording the highlights of his nearly eight decades of extraordinary experiences, Dr. Shimkhada chronicles many of his best memories in Nepal to California: A Life of Adventure and Memories. He recounts growing up in a small village near Mt. Everest, his transition to Kathmandu, Chicago and then Los Angeles, Dr. Shimkhada takes the reader on a ride of discovery and adventure that few are privileged to experience. Dr. Shimkhada recently completed one of his long-term projects, the translation to English of Sylvain Lévi's monumental work Le Népal: Étude Historique d'un Royaume Hindou, published in French in the early 1900s. Published as Nepal: Historical Study of a Hindu Kingdom from the original French manuscript, it has stood the test of time as the standard for scholarly work on Nepal. In addition to his own children's books, Deepak has assisted and guided his young family members in writing their first books. The Boy from the Planet Zobur, by Sanjan Mahalingam, is a vivid and captivating cautionary tale about the consequences of mis-treating the environment.Just Keep Going, by Rohin Relan, weaves an inspirational story about growth and the power of family, and includes elements of soccer - popular in Nepal. The starts in Kathmandu, a city familiar to Dr. Shimkhada and his large, multi-generational family.Smart, eloquent and engaging to listen to, this insightful review of works is entertaining and informative even before reading them. Each is available through Amazon - the links above will take you directly to the specific Amazon web-page. Enjoy the interview and Dr. Shimkhada's latest works, and when you see him in and around Claremont, don't hesitate to tell him how much you enjoyed them.===========================================================Deepak Shimkhada, Ph.D.Adjunct Professor, Chaffey CollegePresident, Indic Foundation (www.indic.org)Email: dshimkhada@gmail.comAmazon Author Twitter: @dshimkhadawww.deepakshimkhada.comwww.nepalmemoryproject.comhttp://nepalmemoryproject.com/Feedback, questions, comments, constructive criticism are all welcomed and encouraged.Send to claremontspeaks@gmail.com with Feedback in the subject line, or go to the appropriate page on Claremont Speaks' website - https://www.claremontspeaks.comClaremont Speaks is a Paradise Road Media production. I think it's the "Just Keep Going" part about this military life that can feel so hard sometimes. How in the world do you keep going when you feel so depleted and at the end of yourself but you still just have to keep going. I don't like feeling disconnected from myself during these kinds of seasons. I have some thoughts about how to re-connect back to the center of who you are, even in the midst of a stressful time. Find Sarah on Instagram!
This may only be episode two of the Creative Visionary podcast, but Caroline‘s going deep right away! In this vulnerable episode, you'll hear about the duality of entrepreneurship, how to move through the rollercoaster of emotions that come with it, money relationships, trusting in yourself, personal investments, riding the highs and lows in business, and all the things that come with being a heart-centered business owner. Being an entrepreneur isn't always an easy, glamorous, or instantly successful job. Caroline shares what's gotten her through the highs and lows of her business and the advice she gives to all entrepreneurs. Caroline also shares three words she's had posted in her room that are kind of a big deal. If you're an entrepreneur, you cannot miss this episode!

Welcome to the 100th EPISODE of Goals With Soul! What a journey it has been, traveling through so many topics since starting out as Action Taker Tribe in December 2020. And whilst this is a huge celebration for me, this week's episode is also about celebrating YOU and the journey you've been on towards achieving your true calling in life. In this special episode, I discuss a couple of key things that lead us to success - most critically, consistency. It can be easy to let imposter syndrome sneak in but start where you are, KNOW you are enough and JUST KEEP GOING. See your value and share it. Consistency keeps us in alignment. In who we are as well as what we do. I know first-hand how difficult this can be. A few months into my solopreneurship, after trying to show up and do EVERYTHING - starting my podcast, mastering multiple media platforms and launching several programs - I reached burnout. After working 3x 17-hour days in a row, I turned to my husband and said to him that this was NOT what I wanted it to be. But guess what? As painful as this was, it was also an opportunity. A chance to reassess who I was and what I wanted to say. So I leaned into it. I opened myself up to the spiritual, woo-woo side of me, letting the divine feminine drop in and bring with it that ease and flow I sought. And these changes are reflected in my podcast too, evolving it from Action Taker Tribe to the Goals With Soul we know today! As a lifelong learner, I love constantly exploring new knowledge and practices and sharing what I learn. This is why I introduced guests - I get the chance to learn from them whilst gifting this opportunity to you too. It's such a privilege. So, on this 100th episode, let me remind you to celebrate your milestones too. I almost didn't - and what a shame that would have been. Although we should always be striving for betterment, we should do it from a place of appreciation. To see this as a prompt to reflect on YOUR journey so far and the milestones you have reached along the way. I feel so privileged to connect with you via this podcast and I can't wait to continue on this journey. Thank you for being a part of it. Onwards we go! -------------------- You can email me at jo@iamjoingram.com or DM me on Instagram @iamjo.ingram - I'd love to chat with you! -------------------- If you love listening to Goals With Soul, please leave me a 5* review on Apple Podcasts - it's the way that word is spread so more people can tune in - thank you! xo

Welcome back to The Round 12 MOTIVATIONAL MASTERY Podcast Show! Episode #103 “NEVER QUIT!” This is a uniquely special episode, because it's partly in honor of the announcement toward my new Audible Audiobook launch, and my youngest son moving on to his own residence in his own way. I have realized that there are so many lessons to learn in this life, and one of those lessons has to do with “seeing things through!” There is magnificence in the idea of forging forward, (holding-fast and staying true), then just being accountable for your commitments, your goals, your pursuits, your dreams, and your life. I'm old enough now, but still young enough too, to realize that you don't have to know everything that comes next, and you don't have to have everything figured out this very second... JUST KEEP GOING. That's really the key. Go with the flow, but in my case, I go with an experienced flow. And that makes it pretty cool. Here's to Believing AND Achieving... One follows the other! Welcome Back to Blue Moon Vibes! The podcast that makes you laugh a lil' bit, cry a lil' bit, and think a lil' bit! My goal is to be the one that gives you more than you asked! I hope you can find value in these topics, and they become something that you talk amongst your friends and family about! Don't shy away from challenging issues because that is where growth happens! The change you want to see is the change you must create! We are worthy, we are tenacious, we are strong, and we are purposeful! The only way to erase the divide is to unite as a nation and treat each other as people, with respect and courtesy! It's Series 9 Episode 3 We are still here and will be so long as yall vibe with us! Today we speak o the following: What has failure taught you?- Each of us has failed at something, and if you are lucky enough to have not had that experience, YOU BLESSED! But for those of us who have, just know, failure does not define you. The only way for you to learn what doesn't work is to make a few mistakes. Also, don't be afraid to reach out for help when you fail because chances are that you aren't the only person who has tried the thing you are doing, so what better way to get to the other side of the trench than by getting advice from someone who has! Also, know that it is ok to fail, but it's not ok to give up! You have to keep going! The world needs that idea; they need that plan, they need that cure, they need YOU and your talents! JUST KEEP GOING! As you heard PBid say, he is still learning from his failed love, and that is ok! Maybe you don't know what to do or how to handle a situation, perhaps you haven't experienced it enough to see what you do and don't like, and that's ok! However, don't let that discourage you because not trying again leaves you in the same place and stunts your growth! What Do you define as true love?- True love, in my opinion, has been through all seasons and learned how to speak the love language of the other person. Because whether you want to believe it or not, neglecting to talk to your partner in the love language they understand can leave them feeling empty and irrelevant. In the same breath, failed love doesn't mean it wasn't real; it can simply mean you grew apart. Also, as we mentioned in the show, let us know in the comments what your answer to the question is: If one animal was the size of an elephant which would be the scariest Mentions Marsai Martin Taraji P. I received this topic from my facebook group and I know its a common one among alot of folks out there regardless of age! Healthy Habits! So I am going to share a few of my healthy habits to answer the questions. Here were the questions I received from the group…..1 - I love working out but would love to know how to workout smarter....if you only have 30 mins a day 4-5 days a week what is the best workout to do for the most benefit? Also, always have nutrition issues....best ways to get your protein in? Best meal prepping tips?2 - Pushing past the discomfort of trying new things. Ex: running sprints, riding the bike and the panic sets in that you're dying when you really aren't... then never pushing past that feeling. So I am going to try and cover all these things in 3 different categories: fitness, nutrition, and a little bit of embracing the suck and I will get into that a little more as we move along with this podcast.Again these are the things I do and what works (most of the time) for me. You have to ENGAGE the SUCK, and you have to keep going……. Just like I tell my kids! JUST KEEP GOING! With fitness, nutrition, life, all the things. You can take these ideas and blow them off, roll with them, or you can reevaluate and do what works for YOU because in the end that is where you will find the most success. So there you have it. No magic. Just the hard honest words. I hope these words get to you and drive you to keep going. So my challenge to you this week is to look in that accountability mirror right now and figure out what you ultimately want and how you are going to go and recharge and find the success you are looking for. Post it on Social Media now, share it with the world to hold yourself accountable. Remember, YOU'VE GOT THIS. I believe in you.RESOURCESBad Peach Fitness https://www.youtube.com/c/BadPeachFitness Hey everyone…….If you love this, or know someone that needs it, share it!! Or get over to apple podcasts and leave a quick positive review. Also check out all the links in today's show notes for the instagram or facebook page where you can also find some amazing resources, a little tough love, and wednesday wisdom videos. If you are ready for some help or even a conversation, hit me up! I am always ready to jump in with ya. Take care and have a great day and I'll see ya next week……..bye for now!!
