La Corte Suprema israeliana ha scritto che obbligare un'organizzazione a consegnare l'elenco dei propri dipendenti palestinesi è una misura "limitata e proporzionata" che "consente la continuazione dell'attività umanitaria". Così ha respinto il ricorso di diciannove organizzazioni e convalidato la legge che dal 30 dicembre 2025 tiene fuori dai Territori trentasette ONG, tra cui Medici senza frontiere, Oxfam e Save the Children. Le organizzazioni si rifiutano di consegnare quell'elenco: espone i loro operatori, e centinaia di lavoratori umanitari sono già stati uccisi, quindici di MSF dall'ottobre 2023. Per la Corte quella lista protegge la sicurezza dello Stato. Per chi ci finisce sopra, è una condanna. Il 9 giugno diciotto Paesi europei, con Australia e Giappone, hanno chiesto a Israele di "non applicare la legge nella sua forma attuale", ricordando che quasi tutta Gaza dipende dall'assistenza. Una richiesta, mentre la legge è già convalidata. Lo stesso giorno il ministro degli Esteri Antonio Tajani rivendicava in Parlamento di aver aderito «proprio oggi» a quella dichiarazione, ed elencava il contributo italiano: 85 tonnellate di Food for Gaza sbloccate dalla Giordania, 17 studenti arrivati il 2 giugno. Aiuti che passano, ha spiegato, col «via libera» delle autorità israeliane. Due modelli di accesso a confronto: quello che pretende un obbligo e quello che ringrazia per un permesso. L'Italia firma il primo e pratica il secondo. E il conto intanto corre. Il ministero della Salute di Gaza all'8 giugno contava 72.980 morti dal 7 ottobre 2023, 970 dal cessate il fuoco di ottobre. A Bengasi i dieci volontari del Land Convoy, tra cui gli italiani Domenico Centrone e Leonarda Alberizia, sono da una settimana in sciopero della fame. Lo scrive il Cogat, l'organismo del ministero della Difesa israeliano per i Territori, nel comunicato dell'8 giugno che annuncia la chiusura di tutti i valichi di Gaza "fino a nuovo avviso". La ragione dichiarata sono i missili iraniani sparati su Israele nella notte. Gaza, estranea a quel fronte, è la prima cosa sigillata. È la terza volta da febbraio. Il 28 febbraio identica mossa, valichi riaperti pochi giorni dopo. Ogni volta che lo scambio con Teheran si riaccende l'assedio si stringe qui. E qui la tregua entrata in vigore il 10 ottobre ha già prodotto, secondo il ministero della Salute di Gaza che l'ONU considera attendibile, almeno 961 palestinesi uccisi e 3.020 feriti, contro cinque soldati israeliani nello stesso periodo. I morti dal 7 ottobre 2023 sono 72.971. Il Cogat sostiene che la chiusura non avrà impatto umanitario, perché il cibo entrato con la tregua "supera il fabbisogno nutrizionale della popolazione secondo le metodologie dell'ONU". Una frase che misura in calorie un obbligo giuridico. Domenico Centrone, 33 anni, docente di Molfetta, e Leonarda Alberizia, del Global Sumud Convoy, restano in carcere in Libia dal 24 maggio: il 7 giugno il consolato italiano a Bengasi insisteva ancora per la sola visita consolare. I valichi, scrive il Cogat, riapriranno "gradualmente, sulla base di una continua valutazione operativa". Lezione numero 11 del Corso sulla Nutrizione nel ciclo di vita.Nell'undicesimo modulo di Nutrizione nel ciclo di vita viene approfondita l'età adulta, una fase in cui l'alimentazione assume un ruolo decisivo non solo nel mantenimento del peso corporeo, ma soprattutto nella prevenzione delle principali alterazioni metaboliche e delle patologie croniche.La lezione parte dai pilastri della dieta quotidiana, chiarendo il ruolo di fibre e carboidrati, la gestione degli zuccheri e l'importanza della qualità nutrizionale degli alimenti rispetto a una visione semplicistica basata solo sulle calorie. Viene spiegato come scegliere carboidrati più favorevoli per sazietà, controllo glicemico e salute intestinale, e perché la presenza di fibre rappresenti uno dei fattori più importanti nella prevenzione metabolica.Ampio spazio è dedicato anche alla gestione dei grassi e delle proteine, con l'obiettivo di comprendere come distribuire in modo più equilibrato i macronutrienti, migliorare la qualità della dieta e ridurre il rischio associato a eccessi, carenze o scelte monotone e sbilanciate.Il modulo affronta inoltre il ruolo di micronutrienti, sale e alcol, tre elementi spesso sottovalutati nella pratica quotidiana, ma in grado di influenzare pressione arteriosa, stato infiammatorio, benessere generale e traiettorie di rischio nel medio e lungo termine.Una parte importante della lezione è dedicata ai modelli alimentari a confronto e al loro impatto metabolico, per aiutare a leggere in modo più critico le diverse proposte nutrizionali e comprendere quando un approccio possa essere utile, quando sia solo una moda e quando invece rischi di essere poco sostenibile o non adatto al contesto clinico della persona.Vengono poi affrontate alcune strategie cliniche mirate, con particolare attenzione alla MASLD, la steatosi epatica associata a disfunzione metabolica, sempre più frequente nell'età adulta e strettamente legata a qualità della dieta, eccesso energetico, distribuzione del grasso corporeo e stile di vita sedentario.Il modulo si concentra anche sulla vita quotidiana e sullo stress lavorativo, mostrando come ritmi irregolari, pasti disordinati, stanchezza, scarso sonno e carico mentale possano alterare fame, scelte alimentari e capacità di mantenere comportamenti coerenti con i propri obiettivi di salute.La parte finale propone soluzioni pratiche, realistiche e applicabili, pensate per migliorare organizzazione alimentare, consapevolezza e aderenza, senza ricorrere a rigidità inutili o modelli irrealistici.Questa lezione è pensata per chi desidera comprendere l'alimentazione dell'età adulta in modo più concreto, moderno e utile alla prevenzione.
