This week I have a great conversation with Caroline Hatwell about how she became a software engineer. She's been full-time as a developer for about a year and has some really solid advice on how to best learn how to code.

This week, I chatted with Dan Page. His background is in technical recruiting for a financial company in London. He has tons of experience hiring developers, so he decided to try to learn how to code an be on the other side of the interview table. He attributes a lot of his success to the #100DaysOfCode movement.
