This episode of INTER-VIEW brings back all the guests from the first season to chat, laugh, and banter about moments and situations from our lives as well as perspectives on the world! We talk about everything and anything from representation, our languages and names, lots on our families as well as sharing one anothers points of view. Get keen for Season 2, coming end of 2019, into early 2020!The stories, experiences, and perspectives in this episode only reflect the lives of those in the video, and by no means reflect or represent the views of Asian-Australians holistically. We're privileged to have been able to produce this podcast in Narmm/Melbourne, on the lands of the Wathaurong, Wurundjeri and Boonerwrung people of the Eastern Kulin nations. As Asian Australians many of us occupy a space between the coloniser and the colonised, so we're grateful and pay our respects to elders from first nations people in Melbourne and around the world past, present and emerging. You can follow Ninna on Instagram @ninnasartGive Francis a follow on Instagram at @francis.kaeoCheck out Translucent, a work by Cindy recently published by Right Now. In this episode of INTER-VIEW, Ninna Aguirre breaks down the intricacies of a family in migration, using art as escapism, as well as beauty standards and whiteness. It was really great to hear a perspective that's so unique and important and to have a really vulnerable and special conversation with Ninna. Her song was Dadalhin by Regine Velasquez! You can follow Ninna on Instagram @ninnasartFollow us at on Instagram @inter.connectd or on facebook INTER-.
