But I enjoy spending time with my family especially my niece, basketball, and finding good flight deals and booking flights with no return dates, and learning about new cities and cultures. The Struggle of being Black in Corporate America: Besides being an African American man in America, it's fake/lazy "allyship" Temporary band-aids over wounds of oppression underestimate the depth and magnitude of the institutions that produce them. In order to truly help those in need, it's crucial to understand the systemic causes of poverty, racism, and other social inequalities.

Continuing our conversation about our labors, we talk about the days following our children's birth and the nitty gritty that comes with it.
