I would like to offer various meditation techniques using breath, sounds, affirmations, intentions, visualisation and gazing. All this is intended to create a receptive mode for healing. I hope you enjoy what is offered from the heart. Donations welcome:
Our breath is the bridge that unites the body and mind. In this meditation we unite the heart and the head. This is an effective technique that can bring about a calm and relaxed state of mind. The intention of concentration is to become one with the object, to become one with your breath. Please practice this in a comfortable seated position.
This technique is the preliminary stage from Vipassana, which is a mindfulness meditation technique. It involves observing your breath, thoughts and emotions as they are, without judging or dwelling on them.
The act of concentration is to become one with the object. This meditation gives you short intervals of focus, helping to develop our concentration skills. You are guided into intervals of two and a half minutes to completely dissolve into your breath. Please practice this in a comfortable posture.
A meditative technique of breathing in and out from 21 corners of the body. These 21 points/corners are our 10 toes, fingers and the top of the head. We use our awareness at these parts as we consciously relax and breath from these energetic lines.
Following the four stages of your breath. Experiencing that space between each inhalation and exhalation, between each thought and gradually growing into it.
Using the breath and patterns we start to experience and strengthen the Energetic system. Our bodies are like batteries and the breath charges our positive and negative poles. As you practice this meditation you will feel that happening.
To Forgive is to know, that there is nothing to forgive. We work with an affirmation to heal our body and mind. Forgiveness is the highest form of surrender.
