A bookend, chapter closing, or other book related metaphor to polish off our Mozambique experience. Speaking to you from an undisclosed new location (okay, my kitchen table) we ruminate on our experience as a sum, and what it's like to be back in frigid north. Signing off for now, or maybe forever, all our love, Maya and Mina 

Mina and Maya catch you up on the last few months- on the 'cast this time around we talk the end of our fellowship, evacuation in the face of natural disaster, and upcoming meetings. As we enter our last month, we're hoping you'll close out this journey with us! We're having fun reflecting on what we've learned, how we've grown, and what comes next. 

Oops, it has been a long time! A few updates on our lives, work, and beautification.  P.s. Sorry about those popping noises, we have to fire our sound tech (our sound tech is me). 

Maya and Mina discuss their recent travels! Some field work in Montepuez and Namuno (Namuno only gets honorable mention because it starts with an N...close, but no cigar), and a visit to the capital, Maputo. 

Maya, Mina, and special guest Hannah return to talk about food in Pemba- where you can find it, and what it consists of. A word to the squeamish- they also explain the critical difference between watery stool and diarrhea, and how cockroaches are cannibals. You know, normal dinner time stuff.
