Anthony DeFranco, Mike Ravert and Jordan Thurston are Ninja athletes and workout junkies. Anthony has competed on 4 seasons of "American Ninja Warrior" and runs the Centercourt Ninja gyms out of New Jersey. Mike has an extensive resume of crushing courses in the National Ninja League and has educated himself on strength and fitness for Ninja throughout the years. Jordan owns and runs Vitality Obstacle Fitness out of Massachusetts and has trained many competitors of "American Ninja Warrior" and "American Ninja Warrior Jr." He has also competed himself through the walk-on line. Anthony, Mike and Jordan have long phone calls filled with training talks and wanted to share some of these talks with everyone!
