The church takes on the heart of the pastor. The heart of the pastor should have a love for souls of people, both lost and saved.1. We can get wrapped up in programs, buildings, missing the meaning and purpose2. Soul winning - focus on lost souls and3. Discipleship - focus on saved souls

Know your field. Make it home. In ministry, recognize that human nature is basically the same. No replacement for one-on-one quality time. Remember your calling.
