This is our second to the last episode for the season and we are very excited about this one! For this episode, we have some special guests joining us to discuss the topic of tithing. Tithe…sometimes the word alone makes people clinch. While some of us have grown up knowing we are supposed to tithe because that's what we are supposed to do. Others tithe because of their relationship with God. Then there are those who don't because they don't know where their money is going. Let's talk about tithing as it relates to our relationship with God. As well as talk about why some of us do tithe and others don't. Yes, it is a religious practice, but it also a relational practice. Like, comment, and subscribe! In preparing for season 2, we realized something that we (Christians) do not talk about too often, but something that can affect all of us. The spiritual spectrum... Basically, we all fall on a spectrum in our belief in God, from non-believer to all the way in. Why is this important? It affects how and if, we (Christian or not) determine our relationship with God. So, let us get into it! Don't forget to follow us on social media and let us know your thoughts! So, Season Two of Relationship X Religion will have an overall theme regarding the religious, cliche, and uncommon practices of Christianity. The things we don't talk about outside of our close friends and family, but we recognize and witness in Christianity and the church. We're bringing these discussions to the forefront, not to place blame, but to open up the conversation and bring change. If we're not careful we can push our personal agendas, traditions, and judgment into that religious practices. Like a church home, and whether it makes a difference being in the building or not being in the building. Spiritual attack versus mental attack...how much we should rely on the church versus professional help. And so much more this season. We hope that you all will join in on the conversation and give us your feedback. We look forward to it! And don't forget to connect with us on social media, email, and our website.
