Sounds of the Brew

In episode 1 of the Sounds of the Brew we talk to Jack Ryan, of [Muttley and Jack's](https://muttleyandjack.com/) a Speciality coffee roaster based in Stockholm Sweden. We first heard of Muttley and Jack's through the nice people behind the [Dog and Hat coffee subscription](https://dogandhat.co.uk), who used Muttley and Jack's in one of their boxes and then tried one of their coffees at a guest cupping in Stockholm. Jack was then kind enough to send of us some of their coffees to trial earlier in the year. We also then followed Jack's progress in the [SCA Sweden Coffee Roaster's Championship](http://scasweden.coffee/roasters/) earlier this year where he placed 2nd for a second year in a row. As such, we were thrilled when he agreed to feature in our first ever podcast interview for the Sounds of the Brew and put up with the slight awkwardness of our first episode. We talked to him about his journey into Speciality coffee and roasting. Muttley and Jack provide an individually paired Fika and coffee combo for each coffee so we thought it would be great to talk about how he pairs coffee and fika.
