Teachers Are Learners so embrace feedback, wherever and however you get it. Feedback is diverse and it matters more how we use it for ourselves, than how it is delivered to us.
The first real practical tip - set aside time for your learning. Just like you would for exercise, you need to carve out the time in your day to dedicate to learning. There's no magic bullet for this one folks! You just gotta do it!
