2020 has been an eventful year for us. For us our dream has came true and we have opened our very own facility. Tune in to listen how it can about & how we have built it.
In this episode we share how our experiences through sport has taught us 6 main lessons that we have carried into our business. Amy plays for NI Volleyball & has learnt never to give up, that its more than just a sport & also that through losing there are still lessons to be learnt. Jemma plays rugby for Ulster & has learnt how to be resilient through many situations & that team work is key for a healthy team & business. The Arise Community is definitely seen as a team by the coaches. Everyone supports each other, in the gym, outside of the gym. The friendships that have been made so far are strong and true.. similar to that of the coaches teams. The coaches hope that Arise continues to grow as a squad/team to achieve success in many areas. let us know what you think.
