I tried yoga for the nerves and the stretches. Oh boy!
As the starting line looms, I’m focusing on my mental game and keeping these nerves in check!

Lots of ups and downs this week but lots of workouts too!

This week I’m working on grace and space for myself and others. And deadlifts.
