'ask dorothy' Speak Your Truth How Honest Conversation Can Deepen Intimacy In Your Relationship The WISDOM Podcast with Dorothy Zennuriye Juno How well can someone truly know us if we aren't allowing ourselves to be fully known? Two people can love one another, build a life together and share decades of experiences — and still hold back parts of themselves. Not necessarily secrets. Sometimes it's a preference. A disappointment. Something you need. Something you want but haven't asked for. Something you've changed your mind about. Something your partner does that bothers you. Something you think or feel but decide is easier not to say. In this episode of The WISDOM Podcast, we explore what it means to speak your truth in an intimate relationship — and why honest conversation can become an invitation into deeper intimacy. Speaking your truth isn't about saying everything that enters your mind or using honesty as permission to be insensitive or cruel. Relational honesty asks for something more: ownership, care and a willingness to let another person know what is true for you. We explore why some of us learn to accommodate rather than speak, how seemingly small moments of withholding can accumulate over time, and why there is an important difference between peace and simply avoiding the truths that might disturb one another. You'll also learn a simple practice for beginning these conversations: giving your truth a preface — helping your partner understand that you're not trying to attack or necessarily asking them to fix something; you're practising allowing yourself to be known. And because intimacy requires both speaking and listening, we turn the question around: Am I someone my partner can be honest with? Can I become curious before I become defensive? Can I hear my partner's preference without interpreting it as rejection? Can I make room for their experience even when it differs from mine? Because the goal isn't always agreement. Perhaps it is something more intimate: Two people willing to know — and to be known. ✨ In This Episode We explore: What it really means to speak your truth in a relationship Why truth without ownership and care can become hurtful rather than intimate How to use a preface when honest communication is new for you or your relationship Why years of accommodation can quietly hide parts of who we are The difference between relational honesty and indiscriminate honesty What it means to have the courage to become knowable How small truths can become seeds for deeper conversation Why receiving your partner's truth is as important as speaking your own How curiosity can help us listen without immediately becoming defensive Why intimacy doesn't require agreement How two people can continue discovering one another even after decades together
Hey
We explore why the difficulties we notice in the world often reflect our own level of self-acceptance and the filters in our mind. We unpack how judgment turns neutral situations into inner conflict, and how non-judgment creates space to dissolve old ego-driven patterns. • linking “difficulty” to self-acceptance and how we interpret events • noticing how judgment makes other people's disharmony feel personal • using non-judgment and neutrality as a practical tool • reframing self-love as expansion rather than fixing something “broken” • understanding subconscious belief systems formed early and how they keep running the present Please click subscribe. Recover Your Soul: A Spiritual Path to a Happy and Healthy Life
What does it mean to be spiritually awake? I don't believe it means that life suddenly becomes easy or that we stop having painful, complicated, very human experiences. Life is still going to be lifey. For me, awakening is becoming more aware of what is happening inside of me and remembering that I have a choice in how I experience what is happening around me.In this episode, I share a very real situation with my son that gave me an opportunity to practice the Recover Your Soul Process right in the middle of something scary and emotional. Rather than simply talking about the nine steps, I walk through them as I was actually experiencing this situation. What was I feeling? What was I trying to control? What was underneath my reaction? And how could I choose to see it differently? This is what Recover Your Soul has become for me. Not fixing ourselves or getting to a place where nothing ever hurts, but becoming aware of our patterns, beliefs, and stories and learning that we can choose again. In this episode, we explore:• What spiritual awakening looks like in everyday life • Working the Recover Your Soul 9-Step Process through a real-life experience • Releasing control and changing our perception • Recognizing old patterns when they show up • Moving from reaction into awareness and choice • Finding peace without needing everything around us to be peacefulIf you've found Recover Your Soul through Al-Anon, codependency, addiction, people pleasing, or the struggle to let go of control, I hope this conversation gives you a glimpse of where the work can take us.I'm still learning and practicing this right alongside you. Sometimes the moments we never would have chosen become the moments that show us how much we've changed.Take what you need and leave the rest.I'm so grateful you're here.Namaste, Rev. Rachel
Begin Again A Gentle Invitation to Live ANEW The WISDOM Podcast with Dorothy Zennuriye Juno scroll to bottom to listen What if beginning again didn't mean starting over? What if it meant pausing long enough to notice where you are now — what matters, what has changed, what you are ready to choose, and what may quietly be asking to begin within you? In this episode of The WISDOM Podcast, Dorothy invites you into the heart of ANEW — a 30-day journey of gentle new beginnings that begins September 1st inside JUNO. ANEW isn't a challenge. And you don't need to meditate every day, have a journaling practice, or consider yourself particularly self-aware to begin. You simply begin where you are. Throughout September, ANEW offers a gentle daily rhythm for becoming more present to your life: a morning reflection and invitation, space to journal if you choose, an Evening Return, occasional guided audio practices, and weekly live ANEW Gatherings. But beneath all of this is a much simpler invitation: What wants to begin within you now? Perhaps there is something you want to return to. Something you are ready to make room for. A way you want to feel. A choice you have been postponing. Something you've outgrown. Something that matters more than you've been allowing yourself to acknowledge. Or perhaps you don't know yet. ANEW gives you somewhere to begin discovering. ✨ In This Episode Dorothy explores what it really means to begin again — not by discarding the life you've already lived, but by listening more closely to the person you are now. You'll hear about: why September can offer a natural threshold for reflection and renewal the difference between starting over and beginning again how small moments of awareness can begin to change the way you participate in your life why you don't need an established meditation or journaling practice to experience ANEW the gentle daily rhythm of the 30-day journey the journal, Evening Returns, guided audio practices and weekly live Gatherings that accompany you how ANEW can help you notice what you want to carry forward — and what you may be ready to choose differently why this journey is designed to be returned to each year, meeting you differently as your life changes ANEW is ultimately an invitation to spend a month in conscious relationship with your own life. Not fixing yourself. Not becoming someone else. Not getting thirty days “right.” But noticing. Listening. Choosing. And allowing what matters to become a little more visible.
'ask dorothy' Wanting to Want It Understanding Desire ~ and Creating More Room for Pleasure The WISDOM Podcast with Dorothy Zennuriye Juno scroll to bottom to listen What happens when you love your partner... but don't particularly feel like having sex? Or when you miss wanting sex — perhaps even more than you miss sex itself? In this episode of The WISDOM podcast, we explore one of the most tender and often misunderstood experiences within long-term relationships: the changing nature of sexual desire. Desire doesn't always arrive spontaneously. Sometimes it emerges through closeness, touch, pleasure, emotional safety and the experience of beginning. And when two people experience desire differently, an unexpected relational conundrum can appear: one person may seek sexual intimacy as a way of feeling emotionally connected, while the other may need emotional connection before sexual desire has room to emerge. Neither experience is inherently wrong. But without understanding the difference, couples can begin interpreting each other's behaviour as rejection, pressure, indifference or lack of love. Together, we'll explore spontaneous and responsive desire, desire discrepancy, the relationship between emotional and sexual connection, and why pleasure itself can become an important pathway back to wanting. Most importantly, this conversation invites us away from the question: “What's wrong with my desire?” and toward something far more compassionate and useful: “What are the conditions in which my desire comes alive?” Because sometimes wanting doesn't begin with desire. Sometimes it begins with closeness. With feeling understood. With affection. With touch. With pleasure. With allowing the body enough time to discover what it wants. A conversation about sex, yes. But perhaps even more... a conversation about how we find our way toward one another.
Namaste!I hope you have been doing very well. I would like to encourage you to include more movement in your daily routine. Some people love exercise, while others hate it. However, a sedentary lifestyle can result in low energy, weight gain, muscle weakness, reduced mobility, poor posture, and joint pain. A lack of physical activity can also lead to health risks and diseases. The goal of Present is to offer simple, easy ways to feel good at all levels, so you can actively uplift your life and the lives around you. I have learned from my students that a simple, at-home routine can lead to excellent results, such as feeling better, having more energy, and improving posture and overall mobility. To help you get started, I created this short 5-minute routine of seven exercises to practice at home. No equipment is necessary, just enough room to move. The challenge starts this Saturday, August 29th, so that you can fit it into your day.So is this yoga?Remember, we are defining yoga as You Organically Growing Aware. Even though it may seem like just exercise, I consider this practice a form of yoga because our intention is to gain greater body and movement awareness, to minimize pain and obstacles so that we can consciously participate in our lives. Additionally, we perform the movements consciously and deliberately, attending to our breathing and sensations. How it works:As a subscriber, you will receive an email containing the week's exercises. Use the video in the email message until you receive a new email notifying you of a change to the exercise routine.Paid subscribers will receive an email every day for the next 30 days. Each email will offer a suggestion on what to focus on during your five-minute session to enhance concentration, performance and awareness.Do the exercises with the video. You are done.If you'd like to strengthen your commitment, you can keep a brief daily journal to gain insight into how this process is working and reinforce habit building at the same time.My goal with this challenge is to assist you in moving a little more each day to enhance function in your joints and muscles. The whole routine will not take more than five minutes. We will try the same routine for several days so that body and mind start to create a habit. Do this sequence when you have time. Ideally, try to do it around the same time each day so that you use our tendency to generate habits to your favor.Suggestions for developing this routine into a healthy habit-Do only what you can do comfortably. This way it is easier to keep doing it and enjoy it, instead of dreading it.-Consistency is key. It doesn't matter if you miss a day. What matters is that you keep trying. Consistency conditions your body and mind. (Remember there is an article on cultivating the skill of returning to presence again and again https://simple-yoga.org/distractions/)-Find a good spot where you can do these exercises, maybe get your exercise clothes ready so that it is easy to get started every day.-If there are things that you do daily, try to link this exercise routine to an existing routine, like doing the practice while you wait for your tea or coffee to brew/steep.-Notice if you are feeling any progress, no matter how small.See you Saturday!rubén This is a public episode. A practical guide to embodying the principles of “namaste” in everyday life“An appealing manual that offers encouraging methods for pursuing a happier and more connected life.”—Kirkus Reviews• Defines the meaning of “namaste” and explains how to apply it in daily interactions to build stronger communities• Offers practical strategies to develop self-awareness and compassion, foster deeper connections with others, and support mutual growth• Includes exercises, mindfulness meditations, and svadhyaya (“self-study”) practices to deepen personal growth and understandingNamaste is a Sanskrit greeting that means “I bow to the divine in you.” It has become a common phrase to say at the end of yoga classes, but as Jeremy Engels shows, “namaste” is more than a polite expression; it is a powerful principle for building connection and community.Engels organizes the practice of living namaste around three reminders—“I am divine,” “you are divine,” and “live the word, together”—noting that the significance of mindfulness and yoga practice is about remembering to return to a state of awareness, presence, and connection. The practical approach Engels offers in Living Namaste encourages self-awareness and empathy, cultivating gratitude, and treating one another with compassion to foster deeper connections and support mutual growth. Each of the three reminders is accompanied by exercises, mindfulness meditations, and svadhyaya (“self-study”) practices designed to help you apply these teachings to your daily life. By responding thoughtfully and with care to each other, rather than reactively, readers can form stronger, more supportive relationships, support each other's well-being, and contribute to healthier communities.Jeremy David Engels, PhD, is a cofounder and teacher at Yoga Lab, which offers science-based yoga and meditation classes that emphasize mindfulness and functional movement. Recover Your Soul: A Spiritual Path to a Happy and Healthy Life
I've been thinking a lot about how we choose to see and interact with the people in our lives. Especially the ones we love the most. What if we could begin to see them not just as their choices, their behaviors, their wounds, or the stories we've created about them, but as souls having their own human experience? What happens when we stop trying to fix people? What happens when we release the need for them to be different so that we can be okay? And what happens when we remember that their soul journey is theirs, just as ours is ours? This is a deeper conversation about the spiritual side of Recover Your Soul, about remembering our wholeness, releasing judgment, and beginning to see the people around us in a different way.I'm sharing some of what I've been learning and experiencing, including some ideas about souls, our human experience, and why I believe the people who challenge us can sometimes be some of our greatest teachers. As always, take what you need and leave the rest.I'm just sharing what I'm discovering on my own journey, and I hope something in this conversation opens a new way of seeing for you too.

Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Lion's Gate, Violet Fire, and the Shift of the Ages Rainbird, Tara, Rama, Caroline, Mother, and a Kryon recording explore Mayan calendar energies, Lammas harvest themes, solar and Schumann resonance shifts, political and galactic disclosure claims, channeled guidance, soul purpose, and the call to move through fear by remembering inner support and love. Opening the Council Fire and Reading the Mayan Energies This episode of Hard News on Friday opens with Rainbird welcoming listeners to Tara and Rama's Friday night program on BBS Radio Station One, then guiding the audience into breath, heart space, ancestors, guides, guardians, and a ceremonial council-fire setting. Rainbird calls in the seven galactic directions in the Mayan tradition, reads the Mayan calendar energies for the day and week ahead, and frames the transition from White Cosmic Wizard into the Blue Magnetic Eagle wave as a movement toward receptivity, timelessness, vision, service, and trust. The corrected transcript notes that spiritual, political, metaphysical, medical, astrological, and channeled claims are preserved as speaker statements and were not independently verified. Lammas, Harvest, Donations, and the Talking Stick Rainbird also connects the week's energies to Lughnasadh, or Lammas, describing it as the first of three harvest festivals and a seasonal turning point associated with bread, grain, corn, and gratitude. The opening segment includes listener-supported housekeeping, including BBS Radio expenses, Tara and Rama's living expenses, utility needs, PayPal information, mailing details, Rainbow Roundtable resources, and a GoFundMe reference. Rainbird then passes the talking stick, imagining it filled with fairies, feathers, rays, elementals, baked goods, harvest energy, and supportive frequencies before handing the program to Tara and Rama. Tara and Rama on Solar Energies, Disclosure, and Global Upheaval Tara and Rama describe the incoming energies as powerful, transformative, and connected to Lammas, the Schumann resonance, solar flares, and what they frame as planetary transfiguration. Rama reports conversations with Natasha and other figures, tying the week's energies to political allegations, the Zorro Ranch, Epstein-related stories, the White House, Israel, Hamas, Iran, the United States, and what he calls the collapse of old systems. He also presents metaphysical claims about the Anunnaki, Nephilim, the “13 families,” the matrix or holodeck program, the galactic federation, ascension, the Age of Aquarius, and the need to respond with love and Violet Fire. Rama's Weekly Update and Messages From the “Crew” Rama reads a weeklong update describing visits to Moon Mountain, Chama, St. John's College, Stonehenge-related energetic work, Aspen Meadows, and other locations, often accompanied by deer, crows, owls, bobcats, ravens, and cats. In these updates, he recounts text messages from Mr. X, Natasha, “the crew,” Professor Nicodemus, Dr. Steve, Darby Odell, Mr. Apps, and Lady Nada. The messages emphasize the “shift of the ages,” ancient extraterrestrial beings, Antarctica, the shutdown of the holodeck program, magnetic fields, portal technology, Stonehenge sound and light, disclosure, full moon energies, solar flares, peace, and the coming Lion's Gate. Caroline's Questions on Ancient Beings, Stargates, and NESARA Caroline then asks Rama to clarify who Mr. X means when referring to ancient extraterrestrials who are still present and immortal. Rama answers within the show's metaphysical framework, saying the reference is to the 13 families answering to the Anunnaki-Nephilim and to locations near vortexes, stargates, or portals. The conversation moves into claims about Tehran and Baghdad stargates, the military, Iran, Pentagon generals, Mother Sekhmet, galactic disclosure, and NESARA. Rama says NESARA is unfolding “big time,” but that peace must come first before the next stage can unfold. Mother's Channeled Message on Ascension, Healing, Climate, and Staying in the Body The program then shifts into a channeled Mother segment invoked through the Office of the Christ, Saint Germain, and the Violet Flame. Mother speaks about Lion's Gate, Sirius, the Council of Nine, star nations, ascension in the body, the idea that there is no death, cellular wisdom, solar plasma, Schumann resonance, magnetic waves, climate disruption, elementals, quantum particles, Stonehenge, ley lines, vortexes, planetary sound, astrology, and the restoration of memory. The segment also places Cheryl in a circle of support for surgery and speaks directly to trauma, suicide, water as a clearing force, the importance of remaining in the body, and the need to work with Mother Gaia through love, gratitude, and inner healing. Kryon on the Wind of Birth, Soul Support, and Choosing Courage The final major segment is a Kryon recording that reflects on the “Wind of Birth,” soul choice, God consciousness before incarnation, and the idea that each person came to Earth intentionally during a major shift. Kryon describes listeners as heroic souls who chose family, culture, gender, contracts, karma, awakening, and seed-planting for future humanity. The recording encourages listeners not to remain in suffering, fear, worry, or isolation, but to visualize comfort, move beyond their bubble, trust synchronicity, and remember that they are accompanied by a soul support group, guides, angelic presences, and their higher self. The episode closes with gratitude, Namaste, Aloha, and a reminder that listeners are “bigger” and more important than they may think.

Millions of people practice yoga believing it is simply exercise or stretching. But is that really true?In this fascinating interview, Steve Cunningham sits down with Linda Clark, former yoga instructor and author of Yoga Unveiled: My Spiritual Journey from Darkness to Light, to discuss her twenty-year involvement in yoga, Reiki, and New Age spirituality before returning fully to the Catholic faith.Linda explains how her conversion led her to abandon yoga after discovering its deep religious roots within Hindu spirituality. Drawing from years of research, personal experience, and testimony from others, she discusses why Catholics should carefully discern the spiritual origins of practices often presented as harmless exercise.Topics include:• The religious origins of yoga• Why yoga cannot be separated from its spiritual foundation• Kundalini and chakra spirituality• Reiki and New Age practices• "Christian Yoga" examined• The meaning of "AUM," Namaste, Sun Salutations, and other yoga practices• Personal testimony of conversion from New Age spirituality• Safer alternatives for physical fitness• Why Catholics should approach yoga with discernmentWhether you currently practice yoga, have family members involved, or simply want to better understand the Church's concerns regarding New Age spirituality, this interview offers an important discussion rooted in one woman's journey back to Christ.Purchase Linda Clark's book:Yoga Unveiled: My Spiritual Journey from Darkness to Light (https://sophiainstitute.com/product/yoga-unveiled/)00:00 Introduction00:46 Welcome & Book Introduction01:29 Linda Clark's Background02:05 Returning to the Catholic Faith03:13 Conviction About Teaching Yoga03:53 Scripture Leads Her to Leave Yoga05:03 Why She Wrote Yoga Unveiled06:23 Exercise vs. Yoga07:59 Is Yoga Addictive?09:11 What Hindus Say About Yoga10:24 Stories from the Book11:18 Stretching Without Yoga12:42 What Does "Yoga" Really Mean?13:24 Yoga Is More Than Exercise15:09 Yoga's Influence in Fitness Culture16:26 Kundalini Explained18:18 Kundalini and Spiritual Dangers19:16 Returning to the Catholic Faith20:29 Rosary and Adoration20:59 Meaning of "AUM"22:36 Can There Be Christian Yoga?24:46 Sun Salutations Explained26:18 Serpent Breathing28:14 Corpse Pose and Spiritual Meaning30:07 Clergy and the Need for Awareness31:26 Yoga Even Among Religious33:34 Final Advice for Catholics34:46 Reiki and New Age Practices36:08 Opposition to the Book38:06 Personal Experience with Spiritual Warfare40:39 Final Thoughts41:50 Closing Remarks

Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Day Out of Time: New Energies, Matrix Glitches, and the Aquarian Turning Point Rainbird, Rama, Tara, and recorded/channelled voices explore Mayan calendar energies, the Day Out of Time, the coming galactic year, Kryon's message about stepping into power without fear, Mel Lawson's matrix-vortex claims, Mother's ascension guidance, and Pam Gregory's astrology teaching on the North Node moving into Aquarius. Opening the Council Fire and Reading the Mayan Energies In this Hard News on Friday episode, Rainbird opens the program with a ceremonial invitation to breathe, enter the heart space, gather with guides and guardians, and call in the seven galactic directions in the Mayan tradition. The episode then moves through the Mayan day-sign energies for the current day and week ahead, including Blue Rhythmic Hand, the Day Out of Time, Lamat, Muluc, White Solar Dog, Blue Planetary Monkey, Yellow Spectral Human, Red Crystal Skywalker, and White Cosmic Mirror. The corrected transcript notes that spiritual, astrological, political, and metaphysical claims have been preserved as speaker statements rather than verified factual claims. Healing, Stargates, and the New Galactic Year Rainbird frames the week as a movement through healing, visionary illumination, unconditional love, magical artistry, multidimensional contact, and self-clarity. Saturday is described as the Day Out of Time, connected with Lamat and the Stargate, while Sunday begins the new galactic year with Muluc, the galactic tone, and themes of artistry, spirit contact, remembrance, telepathy, and the “wise use of rational mind.” Rainbird presents these energies as a way to prepare for the year ahead, emphasizing healing, accomplishment, self-acceptance, and moving into a higher octave of experience. Donations, Community Support, and the Talking Stick After the calendar reading, Rainbird shifts into housekeeping and community support. The program asks listeners to help cover BBS Radio fees, assist Tara and Rama with rent and bills, and visit Rainbow-Roundtable.net for updates, pictures, and a GoFundMe connected to supplements and medicines. Rainbird then introduces the talking stick with a playful, celebratory image of a belated birthday cake, candles, fairies, feathers, elementals, and rainbow rays, before passing the program to Rama and Tara for the evening's larger spiritual and energetic discussion. Rama's Update and Kryon's Message About Power Without Fear Rama describes the moment as a major transition, pointing to the Day Out of Time, the new galactic year, rapid planetary change, and what he calls the ending of a timeline. He introduces a recorded/channelled Kryon message focused on “stepping into your power without fear.” Kryon's message teaches that lightworkers are entering a newer, lighter energy, but may still carry old defenses, fears, tools, and shields from darker times. The message encourages listeners to release old paradigms, study joy, reconnect with the inner child, laugh more, and understand that love, compassion, kindness, and guidance can lead them into greater power without fear. Mel Lawson, Matrix Layers, and the Grand Canyon Vortex The episode then features a recorded message from Mel Lawson, who discusses what she describes as the holographic projection of the matrix and a layered program that supports the illusion of physical reality. Mel claims that three global vortices have been used to support this matrix program and that one of them, located in a restricted area of the Grand Canyon, has been taken down. She says this marks the beginning of the illusion breaking down and predicts more glitches in the matrix program. Her message is presented as a spiritual/channelled claim and is not independently verified within the transcript. Mother's Message on Ascension, the Matrix, and Love as the Answer Tara and Rama then invoke spiritual support and pass the talking stick to Mother, whose channelled message describes planetary alignments, incoming solar frequencies, the Age of Aquarius, climate disruption, ascension, the fifth dimension, and the completion of the old timeline. Mother connects Mel Lawson's matrix language with the idea that programs and “agents of light” are waking people up, comparing the process to The Matrix. The message emphasizes staying neutral, sending love and compassion to painful world events, forgiving oneself, and understanding love rather than war as the primary way forward. Pam Gregory and the North Node in Aquarius The final major recorded segment features astrologer Pam Gregory discussing the nodal axis moving into Aquarius and Leo. She explains that the North Node enters Aquarius and the South Node enters Leo on July 26, remaining there until March 2028, and frames the nodes as points of destiny, soul growth, and collective evolution. Pam describes Aquarius themes of technology, AI, networks, community, collaboration, frequency, innovation, freedom, humanitarianism, and the power moving to the people, while the Leo South Node may bring questions around celebrity, royalty, privilege, elitism, grandiosity, leadership, and public-stage worship. The episode closes with gratitude for the evening, recognition of the Day Out of Time, birthday wishes, and a peaceful “Namaste.”

Recover Your Soul: A Spiritual Path to a Happy and Healthy Life
Have you ever noticed that it's easier to give love than to receive it?As recovering people pleasers and codependents, many of us learned to care for everyone else first. We became experts at giving our time, our energy, our love, and our attention, but when it comes to receiving those same gifts, we often hesitate. Why?In this episode, I share a very personal story about buying a new car and how something that seemed so ordinary uncovered a much deeper invitation to healing. What surfaced wasn't really about the car at all. It was about an old belief that had quietly followed me through much of my life—that other people deserved more than I did.As I became curious about those feelings, I realized that learning to receive has been one of the greatest spiritual lessons of my own Soul Recovery journey.Healing isn't about getting more. It's about releasing the beliefs, patterns, and stories that tell us we aren't enough. When we begin to receive the same love, compassion, and kindness that we so freely offer everyone else, we open ourselves to a life rooted in abundance instead of lack, trust instead of fear, and wholeness instead of striving. If you've ever struggled to believe you deserve love, support, joy, or simply something beautiful for yourself, I hope this conversation reminds you that you have never needed to earn your worth. You already are enough.A New Weekly RhythmBeginning July 2026, you'll receive a new episode every Monday between the 2 Recover Your Soul Podcasts. One week you'll hear a full Recover Your Soul Podcast episode, and the next week you'll receive a Recover Your Soul Bonus Podcast, where I share spiritual tools, practices, guided meditations, and inspiring interviews to support you on your healing journey.Thank you for being part of this beautiful community. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or you've been walking this path with me for years, I'm honored that we're recovering our souls together.Until next time… Namaste.
#437 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with Natalie Namaste about the spiritual awakening she believed was unfolding on Earth, especially around the years 2026 and 2027. Natalie shared her recent experiences of telepathic communication, remote viewing, multidimensional beings, disclosure, and the rise of higher frequencies affecting humanity. She also described her near-death experience with cerebral malaria and how she believed working with light, color, angels, and soul awareness had helped her body heal. The conversation explored how illness, emotional patterns, ancestral trauma, past lives, and self-worth could influence the body's energy field and personal reality. By the end, Natalie encouraged listeners to accept what was arising within them, shift their perception, remember their inner light, and consciously raise their frequency during this time of change. ==================== Guy's Official Partners The DNA Company – Get 10% Off https://thednacompany.com/letitinpodcast FLFE – 2 Week Free Trial (No Credit Card Required) https://www.flfe.net/rp-affiliates.php?p=LiveInFlow&w=TryFLFEfree ==================== Key Points Discussed: (00:00) - You're Not Imagining It: What's Really Happening on the Planet! Hindus and New Agers often greet each other with a respectful gesture of folded hands and a slight bow as they utter the word “Namaste” (pronounced Nah-ma-stay'). Many yoga classes open with participants making this affirming statement toward their teacher and each other. This week, we're diving into two massive episodes from two of our favorite series!First, we're heading back to the Island for Lost Season 5, Episode 9 – "Namaste." Jack, Kate, and Hurley finally arrive in 1977 and come face-to-face with the DHARMA Initiative. We break down Sawyer's complicated balancing act, the significance of the mysterious Ajira passengers, and why this episode marks a major turning point for the rest of the season. Then, we travel to Westeros to discuss House of the Dragon Season 3, Episode 2 – "Queen's Landing." In the aftermath of tragedy, alliances shift, betrayals unfold and Rhaenyra makes her long-awaited move for the Iron Throne. We unpack the episode's biggest moments, shocking deaths, character decisions, and what it all means for the future of the Dance of the Dragons. From the mysteries of the Island to the bloodshed of King's Landing, this week's podcast is packed with theories, analysis, and plenty of speculation.
“Namaste” might be the most repeated word in modern yoga, and also one of the least lived. Sean Fargo sits down with professor and longtime yoga and meditation teacher Jeremy David Engles to unpack what namaste actually means, how it traveled into Western yoga culture, and why the real practice starts after we roll up the mat. Visit Jeremy's website: https://jeremydavidengels.com/Buy Jeremy's book: Living NamasteJeremy breaks the word down simply and precisely: “I bow to you,” an everyday greeting that becomes transformative when we treat it as an ethic of respect, humility, and seeing the divine in one another. From there, we get practical about mindfulness. Jeremy shares how he thinks about “divinity” without getting lost in labels: as the human capacity for loving awareness, for pausing before reacting, and for choosing wisdom over conditioning. We walk through shamatha and vipassana using a memorable snow-globe metaphor, then move into Thich Nhat Hanh's teaching on interbeing. When you see that a table contains sunlight, rain, trees, labor, and time, it becomes easier to see that a person does too, and that independence is always interdependence. The conversation widens into community and “mindful democracy,” including why practice can stall when we do it alone, how social media can thin our real connections, and why gratitude is more than a feel-good habit. Jeremy defines gratitude as thanksgiving rather than indebtedness, and how a simple gratitude walk can train us to find shared values even across political divides. We close with “no mud, no lotus,” and a grounded form of hope that comes from growing together. If this resonates, subscribe, share the episode with a friend, and leave a review so more people can bring mindfulness, yoga, and community care into daily life.BECOME A CERTIFIED MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TEACHER Teach mindfulness with confidence and skill — without self-doubt, fear of judgment, or imposter syndrome. Listen to today's podcast... How ironic that today we are to be celebrating one of the most common greetings between two people. The handshake was a gesture of peace, demonstrated by the fact that the hands held no weapons. Today, a handshake is offered upon meeting or parting. It is an expression of goodwill, gratitude and congratulations. Sometimes it is used in making a bet and confirming the bet with a handshake. There are also secret handshakes, those elaborate greetings signalling membership in a group or society. Research shows people with firmer handshakes are viewed as more positive and outgoing and less socially anxious. Do you dislike the thought of shaking another person's hand or feel that we should do away with this handshake all together especially in light of current health issues? Many people do. Take One Action Today To Build Your #Resiliency! Here are today's Tips For Building Resiliency and Celebrating World Handshake Day: When and if we ever get back to feeling comfortable using the handshake again, remember that it should be positive, friendly, warm, and welcoming. A handshake is a way of creating and sustaining relationships. Avoid using the crushing alpha handshake or the flaccid dead fish handshake. During these current times you can replace the handshake with these acceptable greetings in addition to the popular foot tap or the elbow touch. The Namaste which is a traditional Hindu greeting, is done by bowing slightly, palms pressed together toward your chest, with your fingertips pointing up. Just like the foot tap, don't say "hello" with your hands – when you can say it with your brows. Greet your colleague with a raise brows and smile Another popular way to greet someone is by bringing your hand to your heart. Finally, you can replace the handshake with the sign language wave. Bring one hand to the top of your forehead, then flick your wrist away from your head like a small wave or with the Shaka sign which you may also know as the wave of the surfer dude. JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking for the latest Karmic Evolution's Astrologically Speaking podcast!CHANGE IN VALUES LEADS TO CHANGE IN PERSPECTIVESGiven that the Gemini New Moon occurred at 24'03 Gemini on June 14 at 7:54 p.m. PT & 10:54 p.m. ET, it brings with it the opportunity to plant seeds related to our ability to communicate with one another--& ourselves. And, in doing so, what we may have thought was of most value to us back before the May 16 Taurus New Moon monthly lunar cycle—including the Sagittarius Full Moon—may have changed. And that, in turn, has changed many peoples' perspectives, particularly about what is of most value in their lives. You know, like food security & affordability, & access to affordable healthcare. This podcast explores the astrological symbolism that's moved the collective away from material complacency & old perspectives that we'll always have enough to be “comfortable.”And that by the time we experienced the May 31 Sagittarius Full Moon—when the Sadge Moon opposed both the Gemini Sun, Uranus & Ceres—we were asked to release our attachment to a leader's perspective (Gemini Sun) & to change our perspective about what we value most in life. This came to head by the time we reached the June 8 third quarter lunar square of the Pisces Moon to the Gemini Sun, where “the people” felt victimized (represented by the Pisces Moon) by a leader who says he “doesn't care” about Americans' finances & “loves” inflation (Gemini Sun.)No surprise then, that as a result of the Venus/Jupiter conjunction in Cancer on June 9 after which billionaire Elon Musk became the world's first trillionaire, people began to openly ask what they'd been thinking for a while: How much is too much?Especially when so many billionaires & Musk, the newly minted trillionaire, do little to improve peoples' lives but choose instead to use their wealth simply to increase their power. That this holds true not only in America but in places like Albania where Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner & daughter Ivanka “purchased” an island there they plan to develop into a multi-billion dollar resort for the rich.Tens of thousands have taken to the streets there to objection to the potential rape of this nation's environmentally protected coastal habitats. And the kicker? Albania's prime minister supports this development, which suggests perhaps he's got a stake in the game…VENUS IN LEO OPPOSITE PLUTO IN AQUARIUS: ARE THE RICH RAPING THE PEOPLE?All of the astrology of the past few months—in addition to the exposure of more & more corruption within the Trump Administration & his family's business dealings—bring us to question whether they are raping people not only of their tax dollars but of their legal rights. That's how we know that the Gemini New Moon monthly cycle is now asking us to change our perspectives about what it is we value most. In other words, do we value having rich business people run our government, or do we prefer those who have at heart the interests & well-being of those they serve.Greed & avarice go hand in hand with corruption & selling one's soul for money & material resources, making those who do so venal. And “venal” is defined by the Cambridge Dictionary as “A …person…willing to behave in a way that is not honest or moral in exchange for money.”Given this, the upcoming Venus/Pluto opposition on June 17—which highlights the power of money over relationships—has a mythical connotation of rape. That's because in Greek mythology Pluto/Hades, the god of the underworld, came above ground (which he only did twice in myth) & kidnapped & raped Persephone, the daughter of Demeter/Ceres, the goddess of the grain. In doing so, he changed the way the gods of Mount Olympus valued the humans they ruled over. How is that? Well, when Ceres—who held the secret of how the seed fertilizes the crops to grow--went into mourning over the disappearance of her daughter Persephone, humans began to starve. You see the connection between myth & reality? Only when mankind began to die out did the gods take notice. And the notice they took revolved around their own hubristic need to be revered by humans. You know, the ones who built temples & prayed to them, keeping them in positions of power. So a bargain was struck where Hades/Pluto—who did at least make Persephone not only his wife but the Queen of the Underworld—allowed her to come above ground for six months out of the year. This became the Greeks' way of explaining the seasons that occur in the western northern hemisphere: When Persephone come above ground to be with her mother it's spring & summer & crops are planted & grow. And when it's fall & winter, she goes back to her underworld throne & crops are reaped & stored for the winter, & the ground lie fallow.Remember that the Sagittarius Full Moon has the Gemini Moon in opposition to the Gemini Sun, Uranus, AND Ceres. Well, the indication was that our values needed to change our perspectives about what's most important to us all (read: food & bodily healthcare.)DONALD TRUMP'S SOLAR RETURN SHOWS LOSS OFF POWER IN PARTNERSHIPSThis podcast also takes a detailed look at Trump's Solar Return chart since he just had his 80th birthday on June 14—the same day of the Gemini New Moon. What's of most interest here is best described by the fact that the Virgo South Node lies conjoined to Trump's solar return chart's Virgo Ascendant, while the Pisces North Node hits at his solar return's Pisces Descendant. That means loss of power in partnerships is a key energy that began several months ago. That's because a solar return chart's energies can begin to manifest thematically about three months prior to the actual date of the return.)Not only that, but this chart's nodal axis is squared by the Gemini Sun, a sign of ego loss. Given current circumstances, including the most recent U.S.-waged war on Iran & its supposed 60-day ceasefire scheduled to be signed in Geneva on Friday, June 19, it's hard not to see that ending a war which had no solid strategy for success was foolhardy at best, insane at worst.Regardless, there's more, so be sure to listen to this week's podcast for additional telltale information from this chart for the following year! You can listen anytime here: https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speakingSee you then! Namaste…#karmicevolution, #astrologically speaking, #astronewsyoucanuse, #astronews, #gemininewmoon

Not many people realise that India, in spite of being a majority Hindu country, is also the world's 3rd most populous Muslim country (with over 200 million Muslims). Moreover, in spite of dynamic church growth and movements to Christ in some parts of the country, it remains the nation with the largest number of unreached people groups in the world. The Joshua project estimates that 95 out of 100 Indians live in an unreached people group (less than2% Evangelical and less than 5% Christian Adherent). And 3 out of 4 Indians live in frontier unreached people groups (less than 0.1%Christian Adherent, i.e. the most unreached). And the workers there are SO few compared to the numbers in Africa and Latin America. (For more details, look at the bar charts in this excellent Why India document.)In this episode Matt talks to a young couple who've been living in an Indian city for the best part of a decade. They share fascinating stories of life and ministry there, with its many ups and downs. Dr. Alana Arguello discusses this dangerous philosophy that produces various forms and practices, not always called yoga, but all of which are sorcery, aka mind magic, word magic, and body magic. Alana is a scholar, author, and podcast host of The Returning Raven. She breaks down the meaning behind yoga hand signals, phrases, and poses.
