This will be the most intimate and vulnerable episode yet. This story is told by my daughter Kate and her experience as a child going through divorce. I have always admired my kid's strength and determination. Kate is strong, loving, and forgiving. I am grateful.
Today's interview is with a good friend and former co-worker of mine. She quickly became our little sister at work and we walked with Mari through this journey. I am amazed at her strength, vulnerability, honesty, and the love she has for her son. She lived 2 doors down from me when I lived in Chicago and we have been through many highs and lows together. I am grateful for her friendship. Today I'm talking with a good friend from high school who had to maneuver having a daughter with someone he was in a relationship with but didn't marry. Men have a lot to say on this topic as well and I love that they are being heard.
